You can kind of do this in the sense I hear there's a way to have two of the same apps running at the same time. There's a video out there that I watch but I can't remember how you do it. Right now that's as close as you could get you could open KZbin up twice go to the same video have the video in full-screen mode and then be looking at comments in the other

For everyone saying the icon isn't showing up, this is how you fix that: Swipe down on your screen until you see "edit" to modify your shortcuts. Tap on "edit" and scroll the top portion of the menu down until you see the shortcut labeled "wide mode". Tap and hold "wide mode" and drag it down to the lower portion of the screen with the rest of your shortcuts. And you're done, enjoy!

I am getting the V60 instead of the Galaxy Fold (and I used my Note 4 for a decade) BECAUSE the screens are split. It doesn't look nearly as good but the Fold screen has a _crease_ in even the new version 2. Another two screen smartphone will be the Microsoft Surface Duo.

Fun fact, any app you can wide view/wide mode, you can "utilize" even more efficiently by turning the phone 90°. Gets rid of the gap for the most part, I just wouldnt attempt watching a video like that. If I wanted to watch a video like that I would have forked over the 2k and just bought the Z fold 2, or even easier just use my tablet... I bought the phone for its capabilities while working and I love it for it, but if all you want is a gimick then go buy a Z fold/flip or the LG wing of all things (that things really a gimick) and chill otherwise appreciate the capabilities and realize you have a decent phone that can and will keep up with most other phones out there. All in all I really enjoy being able to run multiple apps simultaneously and honestly wouldnt give it up (Its simply too usefull for what I do professionally) if I was to rate the device it would be a 8.5/10 only things that would make it better is if it had a built in stylus, the ability to adjust the responsiveness and more apps the are made with the dualscreen function in mind, but thanks to the wide mode app that pretty much solves the last nitpick I had.

The hinge on the V is the gift and the curse. I don't see myself using the dual screen much, but it's their in my draw for extended trips where I maybe watching so vids and browsing, etc. But the beauty is I don't have a bulky phone with me all the time. The V60 is the same size as galaxy note but you can add a second when you want. All for $800

Good find should be useful in many cases. i wonder if there is a hack to allow you to use the phones front camera as a webcam for your laptop, as laptops have terrible web cams because of the thin lid and companies being cheap.

I wonder if tent mode can replicate the same app on both screen, like my Axon M does. Just in case folks don't know, ZTE released the Axon M in 2017, a dual screen, and it has 4 very useful modes! One of them being the equivalent of what your talking about here, that's why I was drawn here, and another one is a cool mode that let me play the same video or any app for that matter on both screen, so I can face friends across a table and we are having the same experience, both watching and interacting with both screens. I've looked around most v60 reviews out there but it doesn't seem to be possible, unless your magic app can do that to ? Please let me know, cause I'm considering getting either another axon M (yeah, that's how good it is) or the V60 if this is the case. Thx

Lol 1900.00 Samsung fold phone. I don't think so. LG v60 899.00 has split screen and had promo for 300.00 off. So 599.00 and can buy 3 phones for what 1 Samsung fold cost. Use the LG for what it is Also got the screen from LG for free

I really wanted to pick one, but a couple things spooked me away from the V60, lack of internal storage, unpolished software, near certain lack of future Android updates. But that second screen displays stills asks for me. So I got a Note 10+ with 512gb of internal storage, unlocked to use in any carrier no contracts attached more ram for just 100 bucks more than the V60. I know the lack of updates will remain with Samsung too, wanted to upgrade to the Oneplus 8 pro but got terribly disappointed. I still keep thinking, what if I had bought the V60, would I have liked it? Would it have lasted? I still feel the bootloop chills from my last V20. What's your opinion on it? What's your personal favorite Note 10+ or V60?

Google wouldn't let me download this app on Android 13. So I had to download the APKCombo installer. Then I had to download FV File Manager to access downloaded files. It worked, but it was a pain. Google took a lot of our access away in Android 13, and is getting as bad as IOS.

If I get V60, I would mainly get it for the second screen compared to other similar spec'd, similarly priced smartphones. My line of work would benefit from double the real estate of a smartphone screen and I plan to keep it always with the dual screen accessory whether or not I need the second screen all the time - would save me time and the need to always connecting-disconnecting the display or carrying it separately. Is it possible to fold the screens the other way around (not facing each other but facing each's back), does the hinge fold both ways? So each time it is taken out from the pocket, I am always facing the screen no matter the main one or the second one without the need to open the fold. I am thinking it would feel a little too uncomfortable if I would need to unfold it every time for some quick simple tasks like making phone calls, texting, a quick map check or web browsing.
