Lg washing machine out of balance

After years of going out of balance we read the manual. It said to run a cleaning cycle and to unplug it for 30 minutes to reset it. It has worked fine ever since and it's been about a month

Update…. I’m sad to say the fix wasn’t permanent. It lasted for a few weeks, my wife did a very uneven load of towels and it never seemed right after that. So I went and bought the actual shock rods and it has been perfect since .

@@dustinwharton9893 replaced my shock rods and it didn't fix my problem:( any ideas?
