She is brilliant in speaking,but why is she keep reading from the paper. When you are acting as a Representative, dont you have to be confident and upfront without using the paper. Casualties or Death statistics should be written on a small paper,and be spontaneous,so that it will motivate the listeners at the audience. Just my opinion.
