中秋節又快到了!! 每年中秋節最開心的就是有很多好吃的. 今年做降難度版月餅 - 冰皮月餅, 真的手殘也會做, 超容易! 做了紫薯和奶黃兩款口味. 紫薯軟糯, 奶黃creamy, 都超好吃!!
Mid-autumn Festival is around the corner!! The happiest moment at the festival is to eat lots of festive foods. Made the easy version of mooncake - snow skin mooncake. Super easy to make! Prepared 2 flavours, the purple sweet potato, and the custard, both are so yum!!
材料 Ingredients (12個50克月餅/ for 12 50g mooncakes)
冰皮 Snow skin (12個, for 12 mooncakes):
糯米粉 - 40g - Glutinous rice flour
沾米粉 - 40g - Rice flour
澄麵 - 20g - Gluten-free flour
油 - 15g - Oil
牛奶 - 150 - Milk
糖 - 20g - Sugar
煉奶 - 20g - Sweetened condensed milk
紫薯粉 (非必要) - Purple sweet potato powder (Optional)
*手粉 (糯米粉) - 30g - Flour for the mould (Glutinous rice flour)
紫薯餡 Purple sweet potato filling (6個月餅/ for 6 mooncakes):
紫薯 - 125g - Purple sweet potato
無鹽牛油 - 10g - Unsalted Butter
牛奶 - 50g - Milk
糖 - 20g - Sugar
玉米粉 - 5g - Cornstarch
奶黃餡 Custard filling (6個月餅/ for 6 mooncakes):
雞蛋 - 2 - Egg
澄麵 -15g - Gluten-free flour
吉士粉 - 10g - Custard powder
奶粉 - 10g - Milk powder
淡奶 - 20g - Evaporated milk
牛奶 - 30g - Milk
