@@the_sy_family 初初唔慣解唔到肚餓可以盡量夾長啲時間再食第二餐。俾啲血糖同埋身體休息吓 消化功能好啲嘅 子華好耐都唔食嘢肚餓,咁你咪到時食一啲果仁 一兩塊餅乾,太容易頂住下一個肚 慢慢好快就唔餓㗎啦

我由168 開始到204,而家231,維持左一個月。每日1:00pm 食一餐,其實習慣咗就唔會肚餓,開頭係晚上睇電視,冇野放入口有啲難捱,而家飲多兩啖水都冇craving for anything. 😊

其實要血糖唔會爆升爆跌,食多啲健康油脂,三文魚、橄欖油、牛油果等等都可以有效控制血糖同胃口。橄欖油我淋喺煮完嘅食物上面或者係飲料裡面。唔係少油少鹽少糖就健康,最緊要係食物來源嘅質素

肚餓係糖份上癮反應或者蛋白質/脂肪食得唔夠 初期斷食會肚餓好正常 慢慢減澱粉質/糖粉 同埋食夠營養都可以飽肚啲 (最緊要吸收健康嘅脂肪) 就算可以食野既果幾個鐘 都唔可以話想食就食 分兩至三餐 其他時間一律唔可以食野 (頂唔順可以食一啲唔會影響血糖嘅食物) 慢慢就會對美食減少渴求😂😂 168真心唔難 加油❤

我先生有糖尿病,年頭因為體重增加,醫生還加了藥。 所以我叫佢試168, 最初未習慣,一肚餓就發脾氣,但之後習慣了,而家完全無問題,再加上有運動,體重亦慢慢有下降。 所以有恒心是好重要! 最同意不過是那句不想變成仔女的負累。 我都努力緊搞好自己的身體,CFU, 加油、堅持💪🏿💪🏿

其實斷食是不健康又難長久維持,記住戒食用糖,將正常食量減少一半,加另一半吃健康低碳或無碳食物,如萍果、麥片、西生菜,1、2 個月,自然會瘦!而且1 星期可吃1-2 餐好西,根本不用斷食咁辛苦😂

同我個方法接近一樣,盡量少糖少餐少澱粉,真係唔夠飽就用多D蛋白質同菜去補, 一開始會想食野係因為胰島素抗阻影響,習慣下來長期空腹都唔會特別想食野 當然前提要確保食得夠營養, 有時間唔中破下防都冇所謂既,做人又唔好咁辛苦 平時諗唔到食乜咪煮幾隻蛋食咪算,唔好專登又去叫外賣食零食 長期落黎唔好話減肥,起碼唔會肥先

168+1 我見到我嘅上一輩 食齋都可以食到有三高糖尿心臟病脂肪肝齊料 呢個係佢本身嘅生活同飲食習慣問題 我唔想步上一輩後塵 同時間身邊有朋友做168好有效果 就由上年11月開始學做168+盡量少糖少殿粉 飲食向生酮方向做 當時83KG 第一個目標想見70KG 朝早2-3杯齋啡(最多試過6杯,細路仔唔好學) 第一餐食野會係牛奶+餅乾(知道牛奶有糖,主要拎佢彌補超偏食狀態嘅營養 & 工作消耗不大,唔需要食好多野) 第二餐食烚雞蛋或蔬菜滾湯食(懶人,目標為本) 出街食會食牛扒同菜 飲蘋果醋soda(5-8ml醋兌300+ml soda water) 今年3月左右就落到71-72KG 5月尾跌穿70 跌穿70KG後黎緊就AIM65/60 有一餐會加option去食兩隻豉油脾以及烚蛋加量(由2隻到4-5隻) 間歇性會食返麵/意粉/pizza(一個月1-2次) 而家天氣熱都會俾自己間中食雪糕 零食就食芝士同減油鹽嘅韓國紫菜去代替薯片 將薯片頻率由未減前2日一包變到一個月1包 暫時冇反彈過 而家68-70上落 除左會mon體重 冇做過任何量度其他野嘅動作 冇特別做運動 嚮呢個斷食期間 曾經有個兩個經驗 第一次係 有一日開工買唔到奶 焗住dinner time 去canteen食飯(米飯) 食完唔夠兩個鐘 身體嗌肚餓 嗌肚餓程度比起平時嘅餓來得猛烈幾倍 當下都冇意識到咩事 唯有收工返去烚返兩隻蛋頂肚 當日破左8個鐘後唔食野個rule 然後第二次 媽媽買左cheese cake叫我食 心意野冇推阿媽就食左 兩個鐘之後又黎一個劑猛烈飢餓感 果刻我就意識到 身體其實唔係肚餓 係見我停食左糖同殿粉後食返 就渴求更多糖同殿粉 好似吸毒上癮咁 同時因為呢個對身體上嘅理解 我而家係可以完全控制我要食D乜 keep到頻率同份量同唔斷168就冇咩問題 大家加油 只要你想 你就會做到

Cfu 非常好!支持你!好多時斷食keto或者low carb diet都被人覺得係邪教有問題,就好似減息當牛一炒😅,所以我哋一定要用自己親身嘅經歷證明畀自己同人哋睇,係work㗎。我已經168同keto左四年,身體狀態越嚟越好。只要當信念同想改變嘅心態變得好強,就一定忍到口!就算間唔中上破戒只要適可而止,再長時間斷食就可以。當我忍唔到口,就會跑個長課半馬,或者食多少少菜同protein 同飲多啲湯水,等自己唔會咁易係16時餓。一齊加油!希望cfu身體越來越好!

還有個比168更舒服的方法. 就是16個鐘可以食. 但是頭4小時 跟 尾4小時, 只可以食雞胸. 又不會肚餓, 也不會吸收變成脂肪 或影響睡意/精神. 對身體負荷好少

完全赞成👍,我都系16+8差不多一年时间,虽然体重保持,但系感觉全身紧致左,精神面貌好左。有时都会俾身体放松一下,吃个雪糕,饮下奶茶,食个丰富Dinner, 发现身体真的很聪明,放纵一下之后,个脑就会提示你再吃多D,😂好大诱惑, 哩个过程真系几反复,要好有毅力先得。

由於我做完心臟血管搭橋手術CABG bypass surgery, surgery 後 cardiac surgeon 要我食最高 dosage 嘅膽固醇藥 Atorvastatin 80 mg. 當時我 LDL 係 1.27, 出院 exit report 話我係 non diabetic. Surgery後我 diet 全改. 食得比之前更清淡, 改晒食 healthy diet. 同時康復後就做番每日一小時 elliptical. 但當第一次 follow up blood test , 我嘅 HB A1C 係 5.9. 按 Canada 標準, HB A1C 6-6.4 先算係 pre-diabetes. 但美國 ADA standard 係 5.7-6.4. 但我已非常緊張, 因我媽係 diabetes. 所以我己當自己係 pre-diabetes. 同時我 research 知道逢 statins 藥物都有引致血糖升高嘅 side effect. 但我 cardiologist 話佢唔 worry. 因我之前一直都係 5.9 同好 steady. 但三個月後驗血 , HB A1C 上到 6.3, 即 pre-diabetes. 另外藥嘅另一副作用 liver damage 即加重. Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) 亦升至 132. 正常係, below 46. 因 cardiologist 俾唔到 appointment 我, 唯有問家庭醫生. 佢將 Atorvastatin dosage reduced to 20 mg, 同時去做 abdominal ultrasound, 睇下有冇非酒精性脂肪肝 (NAFLD), 減藥後一星期再去驗血. 由於紅血球週期係三個月, 所以未有驗 HB A1C. Ultrasound report 我冇脂肪肝. ALT 亦降至 93. 證明我覺得一切問題源於 Atorvastatin side effect. 但因未到期驗 HB A1C, 所以唯有自己救自己. 網上搜到原來喺我居住嘅 Greater Toronto Area, 有一位腎專科醫生 Dr. Jason Fung, 佢研究發現 diabetes 係 remissible 嘅, 我睇咗佢嘅論述後覺得好 make sense, 就係 intermittent fasting. 於是我tailor made 我自己嘅 meal schedule. 我 daily 早餐時間係 5.15-5.30 am, go to the gym after one hour. Dinner 係約 6.30 pm. 我 skip lunch. 兩個月我減咗十磅. @@GregoryOopz 好😍呀!我last Friday 驗血出咗 report. 我最關注嘅[帶糖血紅素] 即 HB A1C 由 6.3 📉 到5.9, 雖然仍留於[美國糖尿病協會 ADA] pre-diabetes 水平(5.7-6.4), 安省則為 (6.0-6.4), 己顯注下降. [肝拷素] 即 ALT 亦由前 93 大幅下降至 55, 略超 threshold level 46. 證明咗我自己推測醫生處方胆固醇藥 Atorvastatin 嘅副作用推高血糖及傷肝嘅 hypothesis 係正確嘅😊. 由於約唔到心臟科醫生去傾藥嘅問題, 唯有自救, 睇吓點樣將血糖㩒低. 透過跟隨 Nephrologist Dr. Jason Fung 嘅研究及建議, 由六月初採用間揭性斷食 intermittent fasting 去減重, 將己存留在各細胞內的 glucose 清空, 加上每日一小時cardiovascular exercise及 resistance training, 可逆轉糖尿病候群徵狀, 減去十多磅, 己見初步成績. 由於上月二十五日下午因血壓突然急升至 180, 要call ambulance 入院, 檢查後又係乜都搵唔到. 隨後一星期先見到cardiologist, 要我上星期一去做咗一個三個半鐘嘅 nuclear stress test, 同時要在 9.6 日follow up appointment 前一定要驗血睇各項相關數據, 所以噚日一早去做咗. 上網睇到出咗report, 重要相關以上數據, 加上好嘅[胆固醇]即 HDL , 由上次 1.19 升至 1.66, 壞[胆固醇] LDL 由上次 1.35 微升少許至 1.40 而己. 講得好好 我試過兩年omad 而家維持168 以前成日飲奶茶 全糖 而家咩都飲無糖 其實奶茶唔落糖係好飲的 係d劣質奶茶先要加糖蓋過個澀味 我都一樣唔會對自己太苛刻 咁樣先會持久 心態先開心 亦唔會"忍" 健康的身體係可以代謝偶爾的唔健康食物

想防止血糖飆升, 最好晚飯後步行一個鐘, 千祈唔好跑步, 我指嘅係急步行一個鐘, 大概7000到8000步左右.... 我飲食習慣係不吃早餐,午餐只吃一個大三文治, 但飲鮮奶。晚餐食肉食菜冇限制份量,飯就一碗飯多少少。 一年多減咗三十幾磅。我高度差不多175cm, 體重只有130磅,之前嘅脂肪肝全部冇曬,血壓上壓為102左右, 下壓為60幾70,整個人精神曬!😊

提一下:斷食嘅過程可能會引發你個肝輸出返肝糖,血糖仍然有機會上升,引發胰島素釋出。 如果你帶CGM你就會容易睇到呢件事情。

施父,我開始咗168個半月,但選擇唔食晚餐。已經瘦咗四kg。但係我有三個好嚴重嘅問題,上網又搵唔到太多幫助,所以想請教吓你。 1). 情緒好大影響,變得憂鬱,又越嚟越暴躁。上網睇過有啲人話可能係戒糖,有可能係Fasting嘅時候會影響情緒,真的嗎? 2). 嚴重影響睡眠質素。我朝頭早個人係精神嘅,但係一到咗夜晚,就瞓唔着。試過10:00就瞓覺,半夜3:30就起身,然後要成個幾鐘先瞓得着。一係就10點幾搭落床,但要等到1:00先瞓着,但我完全唔係肚餓,純粹係做咗168之後,個腦好似係咁諗嘢,變到好醒,影響咗睡眠。 3). 非常嚴重嘅便秘,唔知係咪食多咗Protein. 就算日日食益生菌,都係嚴重便秘。 請教吓我應該點算,thank you 🙏🏻

如果問題是嚟自168 那就要重視了,或者可以暫停 168 看看情況會不會好轉,如果好轉,那可能一下改變了飲食習慣方面身體未適應,還是慢慢來或者試吓其它方法。需要時也要資詢專業人士喔,加油

No junk food, no supper. Eat less dessert, rice, sugar drinks but I must drink 1-2 cup of coffee every day😅

斷食其實好簡單 最少要16個小時不吃 18更好 其餘6或8小時点食都得 無需揀飲擇食 又無需做運動 我165cm高 斷食两星期 肚腩立即消失 由136磅減至126磅 去旅行就不會斷食 有飲宴有約會也不會斷食 隨意斷食更輕鬆 為食鬼唔好問點樣斷食 因為講你都明 你忍唔到嘅😂

you're so cute I am doing 168 too. Also cheat once a week (my super-busy working day), after 12-h of continue work on that day, I would allow myself to have more snacks (but still not too much) and eat a bit longer than 8-h window. But I would be stricter to myself the day after that long working day. So far, my weight is well managed and most importantly, bi-polar is less serious.

yes, when I am travelling. I would allow myself to eat breakfast (as late as possible) but still on a low-carb diet all days. after the trip, make diet "cleaner", then no prob at all.

我自己never done 168, I also like eating. Every year gain 1x kg and use 3 mths back to fit shape. Just go to gym do some lifting n cardio 4 days a wk, quit all junk food. 3 mths easy back to fit shape and abit muscular. Easy Task.

我發覺去一轉加拿大重咗,由98.8升到上101.7 kg,是否加拿大的飲食?不適合健康身體?大量嘅澱粉質,飲多咗可樂,食多咗冬甩同其他甜點,坐車唔做運動。

我40中岁了,我的平常生活规律是 IF 23:1 (One Meal A Day = OMAD), or if sometime for real detox and auto cell renewal process I'll do Prolonged Fasting for a few days. Of course, these IF and PF I'll doing is Water Fasting, not pure dry Fasting like Muslim in Ramadhan month, hunger sensation kicks in, drink water for few sips your hungry feeling actually goes aways, longer period our body adapted. Main point, don't think these IF & PF as something you need to stress yourself into, for me, I incorporated this as part of my lifestyle, and it works seamless connecting into my life. I started this last time mainly aware I don't want to have blood sugar level spike situation where it may leads to more complications in life later on. I do slot in cheat meals, binge sometime , eats all the nice foods during travels (but I maintain light workout in hotel 1st thing wakes up if time permits), Just, do all these in moderation then it won't harm all the good body statistics too much. 😊😊😊
