you're so cute I am doing 168 too. Also cheat once a week (my super-busy working day), after 12-h of continue work on that day, I would allow myself to have more snacks (but still not too much) and eat a bit longer than 8-h window. But I would be stricter to myself the day after that long working day. So far, my weight is well managed and most importantly, bi-polar is less serious.
yes, when I am travelling. I would allow myself to eat breakfast (as late as possible) but still on a low-carb diet all days. after the trip, make diet "cleaner", then no prob at all.
I don’t know how to do. I need have breakfast before work so 9 am breakfast due to need to work so dinner will probably finish 8 pm but I don’t like late snack. Don’t know how to do 🙏

我自己never done 168, I also like eating. Every year gain 1x kg and use 3 mths back to fit shape. Just go to gym do some lifting n cardio 4 days a wk, quit all junk food. 3 mths easy back to fit shape and abit muscular. Easy Task.
我40中岁了,我的平常生活规律是 IF 23:1 (One Meal A Day = OMAD), or if sometime for real detox and auto cell renewal process I'll do Prolonged Fasting for a few days. Of course, these IF and PF I'll doing is Water Fasting, not pure dry Fasting like Muslim in Ramadhan month, hunger sensation kicks in, drink water for few sips your hungry feeling actually goes aways, longer period our body adapted. Main point, don't think these IF & PF as something you need to stress yourself into, for me, I incorporated this as part of my lifestyle, and it works seamless connecting into my life. I started this last time mainly aware I don't want to have blood sugar level spike situation where it may leads to more complications in life later on. I do slot in cheat meals, binge sometime , eats all the nice foods during travels (but I maintain light workout in hotel 1st thing wakes up if time permits), Just, do all these in moderation then it won't harm all the good body statistics too much. 😊😊😊
