That's a really perceptive and on-the-mark description of the difference between the brothers. Noel studied being a rock star by reading every autobiography he could lay his hands (true fact) , Liam was born one. I always used to think Liam was the prick (and he defo could be) but these days, I think Liam is the better of the two. He owns his past actions for what they were. Noel says stuff like, "I'm a rock star, I can be petulant if I want". One real, one learned. You were spot on, mate. But without the combination, we wouldn't have had the magic. I went from rave culture to Oasis after seeing them, off my head, at Glastonbury, 94 or 95. Can't work out which year it actually was. Things got a little hazy in the 90s.

Me and my older brother had a falling out to, funny enough it was about me pursuing music seriously. We have been close I mean you always wanna be like your older brother. We were estranged for some years, but I chose to forgive him. I didn't want anything dumb like that to get in the way of our relationship. He was hit by a drunk driver and almost died whole body pretty much shattered so many surgeries. Will be two years this October. It felt so good to be there for him and his kids and wife knowing that me and him were solid again and even if he died I would see him again thank God for salvation. We were living in Europe in the 90s (we're American) and Oasis was the biggest thing on the planet. That's our favorite Band. Its really my brothers fault I became an artist he was always playing the best music around me haha. I did 2 Oasis covers dedicated to him one on my new project and the one before, One is his favorite song by them and the other one was like a lover letter to him. I know he was very worried if he could walk again and take care of his family so I dedicated it to him as an encouragement that you can still overcome this in God's strength and live your dream man. I hope Liam sees this and just has a real conversation with Noel like we're brothers forget the band we belong together.

Even though Liam deply inspires me to live life and has uplifted me more than any other singer, What kinda brother would joke about questioning the legitimacy of his Brother's own daughter, and indirectly also accuse his wife of being unfaithful? You know Noel's wife saved him from jumping off a ledge after experiencing a mental breakdown in his 20s. cause he accidentally consumed a baggie full of meth thinking it was coke, and it took 4 days before the meth wore down. Somewhere along those 4 days he shacked up with a female fan, in desperate need of someone kind enough to soothe his tweaked out state of mind. From that he wrote the masterpiece, Talk Tonight, which was about that horrible experience, and the emergence of this woman, unbenknownst to him would be his wife one day, and would give him the gift of a daughter. "You're the only god I'll ever need in my life." - Noel on his wife. I love Liam and Noel, but what has Liam EVER done for Noel? Besides cancel gigs at the last minute, purely just to fuck with him. They'll reunite one day, but it'll happen the day one of them is in the final hospital bed they'll ever be in.
