I love the way the Polish champ gets put on the ground, then carries on sparring lightly. No ego, nothing to prove. Nothing but respect for each other. Exactly how it should be. Great video.

Lovely to see there's actually three sorts of front kick - snap, push and these which is like a hybrid both snap and push at once. Awesome sparring lads and good technique Edit: Was actually watching some old K1 fights, mainly Andy Hugs fights.. don't see axe kicks like those anymore hey, bit sad..

Sparring a pro is always way better than sparring a novice. Not only do you get to learn a lot, you also don't get injured, which happens a lot when you spar a novice.
