Great vid, thank you. Niche rules … ! One thing … last I heard it is illegal in Germany to cold call or mail in Germany, and fines are substantial if you get caught. Only legal cold aquisition is physical mail ;-) feel free to check this. And beware, if you cold call, don’t get caught in germany 😎

There’s a reason no one is selling AI voice agents for medical-related niches in Germany: these practices use CRMs and calendars with no API integration (basically desktop apps with no internet connection), making it far more complicated than it seems in theory. For beginners, it's more lucrative and easier to focus on other, more tech-driven niches

try using UIPath or another GUI automation software on a VM with your own custom API endpoint to manage these apps.

Perfect way to walk in and add more value with a fairly basic CRM install too! Could actually mean less work for you overall as you standardize delivery on your end with the same CRM each time, and you help them switch over. More of a positive than a negative imo, changing integrations to suite different CRM APIs is the most painful part

I am honestly curious how they land these dental practice clients to begin with. They are so tough to get in my experience. The gatekeepers "receptionists" aren't exactly going to be eager to get you to speak to the owner of the practice, particularly if they think ai is threatening their job and livelihood.

Hey Liam, as a big follower of you for a long time we have a question. So nowadays, a lot of platforms and softwares started integrating AI features with their systems. For example, Zoom included properties of FireFlies where now all users will start using these features. The same case happens in different platforms as well. As this continues, I am afraid that these platforms itsel will be enough for firms, and companies and they will stop needing us as AI agency owners. If you can answer we would highly appreciated.

Liam, the two people Sarah Hechler and Alexander Kriebitz exist and can be found in connection with KI Campus, also a paper they published in 2023. however, there is no such KI Dental Practice business to be found in German or english when searching online ... any suggestions?

I live in Ghana, a country in West Africa. The local language spoken here are Twi, Ewe, Ga, Hausa and a few others. None of these languages are in translation options for most of these systems.....how can I create voice agents that can be trained to speak these languages. Feeling very exausted, I dont have others language skills, or any exceptions without my mindset to be rich, suffering a lot with the whole system, (How to learn development, how to get leads, how to sales, how to outreach, don't know how to pitch, don't know what nish to enter, totally fucked up) and don't have money in my pocket to run anything paid. It can be really Hard Right now Bro, Figuring everything hard, Getting Clients, Really Stressful Work Buh what's for sure?? , there is Money in the tech space, all you gotta do is think and act That's what I basically did, Liam, in one of his videos told use to actually get paid to learn and believe me that was what I did, A client from Spain paid me to learn and now I'm just 21 and I'm a millionaire just within September 1 to September 20. So my advice Brother, Pray , Understand that good things takes time, Be consistent in what you do, Be Patient, and Work hard, if your hard work isn't paying, then work harder, Say no to defeat Bro I believe in you,I honestly do ❤

I can tell you if you stay consistent you will make it im quite in the same situation. I know its a hard struggle but you have to believe in yourself you will maybe not make it the next week or this month but you will make it. I struggle also a lot as of staying consistent but i found know my strength to do almost every single minute i have to develop learn and grow. Which country are you from? And how would you like to work? I have a person who helped me a lot and showed me this side of business and i am so thankful for it that he helped me starting to change my life. I want to pay forward maybe we can find a way how i can help you find a way that suits you. :)

If you're having to work with 109 clients regularly on managing their needs and issues, it could get quite overwhelming for a small team to handle. By switching to a more automated model, you could scale up your # of clients without overloading your ability to support them.

I think it's an imaginary scenario because he said in January 2024 then went on to december...but we only in september right now, and ain't no way he's talking about 2023, cause there was no viable AI voice agents solutions back then But hey, take the meat and leave the bone, the scenario he's displaying is highly plausible and feasible.
