@@supernovagirl777 The "program" is comedy entertainment. The show is not a normal personal claim court, Judge Mathis like to listen to gossip at the beginning of each show and permits clowning, ghetto ass cases and then when he's having a bad day, he explodes at the intended guest. The judgements aren't clear because he often says something like, "You get $300 on your claim and I'm awarding you $750 on your counterclaim" and walks off. That's not how cases are concluded, especially since 90% of them don't produce receipts for losses. It's entertainment geared for a particular fan.

I agree when he was talking abt it her expressions the whole time was a look of embarrassment like, "I can't believe he is actually mentioning this!" If it were me, as soon as he would had said something that didn't sit right w/ me I would have been taken back and cut him off! Also, I've heard stories of women forgetting tampons in themselves and getting sick, so if a woman can lose a whole tampon in herself then def a condom can get lost in there!

Maybe the miscarriages were a sign she didn't need to have a child with this man. My friend had a still born by a man that treated her terrible a year and a half later she got pregnant by him again. I know another girl that had a pregnancy scare and cried at the thought of being pregnant by this dude. Was so relieved when she wasn't a year later they have a son. I don't know why they kept having a sexual relationship with men who were clearly unfit to be fathers

I’d have to disagree. I think they’re both equally important. It’s just as important to be able to provide for your child as it is to be present in their life. Being present doesn’t put food in your stomach, providing does. You need food to make it from childhood to adulthood. Fun times don’t sustain kids, finances do.

Had to keep it 100% when I saw your comment I said BINGO! As a child who grew up in a single parent home that my dad would visit but not contribute financially in, I know firsthand the ways in which the quality of my childhood and the opportunities/exposures afforded to me could’ve been enriched had he put the same effort in providing for us as he did visiting us. If the defendant was in a motor vehicle accident at the age of ten and it permanently damaged his back then there is a chance that he sustained an acquired/traumatic brain injury as well. ABI/TBI's can sometimes go undetected if the hospital he went to didn't have the ability to CT scan him soon after the accident. It can also go undetected by school, family, and friends, due to the accident happening when he was a child. They may not know anything about cognitive disabilities and disorders, so his behaviour, language skills, poor understanding of consequences, the delayed response time when asked a direct question, being able to remember details, inability to have a cohesive conversation when overwhelmed may all be linked to a potential TBI. If that is the case he could seek disability payments because ABI/TBI's are permanent and life long.
