Regina Latson There is always something about the relationship that Jason has with Robin and the Jason has with Elizabeth, that is just so beautiful you can see the caring and love he has for each one of them. Oh Jason, how many times did you ask Elizabeth to marry you? Your other relationships you were never certain. The only one you have always been certain is Elizabeth. I remember feeling so hopeful for your impending family. Of course how many Liason rug pulled did this one count? This Jason's first biological child and the writers seemed keep him away? I will always root for Liason, even after the show is off the air. Thank you Steve and Becky for be so great together even after 20 years plus.

@@BlueMom63 I love Liason, but honestly Jason was devoted to his mob boss and moll and I think he would have left the mob for Liz, but the thought of the purity that he had with her in their beginning relationships and what happened during the NoP, that he didn't want anything to taint it. He could be with Sam who was already tainted and they started off messed up with her being sonny's baby momma...but the thought of Liz and the love they shared was just so sweet, pure and beautiful, he would give her up rather than drag her into his life. I think that's why the power of their relationship was so taboo and so exciting because they were beautiful together but they couldn't really be together. As strong and down as Liz was for Jason, she is a nurse and being with a mobster's hitman wouldn't have really worked, but I would have loved it if they could have gotten married and shared some years together, but their beautiful friendship will last forever. No matter what, he still holds a soft spot for Liz because she is that one pure thing in his life that he has no regrets about. That's just my opinion.

Simple Elizabeth... YES JASON!!! That's what you wanted all along. Jason told Elizabeth back in 2001 i believe that he wasn't going to be hanging around when she wanted him there and not be around when she didn't. (Or something to that effect) he wanted her regardless of who was the baby father. Elizabeth it was a resounding YES JASON I WANT TO MARRY YOU! I think our girl was afraid to believe add that to enabling lucky out of loyalty. She waited until Lucky was forced to let go of the relationship. Elizabeth is and always will be loyal! I commend that and therefore a hypocrite because i wanted her to grad on to Jason with both arms and both legs and never let go!

This wasn't the first time he did that either when Liz told him she was pregnant after the night they slept together in 06 and that he could possibly be the father he proposed marriage she was ending her first marriage to lucky him and Sam were having issues and in 08 right before Michael got shot in the head so it was a total of 3 times he asked Liz and in February 2007 when they were stuck in the elevator during the mc hostage crisis

Jason's true love was Robin. I mean the way he used to look at her and kiss her... he was so into her. But Robin was too young and naive to fight for him. Now out of all the women that has loved him, Carly has loved him the most! She has always had an unconditional possessive love for him that he could not deny. Which in return made him love her. Elizabeth to me will always be a rebound, but someone that he cares deeply for.

Idk about Robin being jasons true love (don't get me wrong I LOVED him with Robin). A true love, yes, I don't think she was the ONE true love. I honestly think Liz was the first woman he truly loved after Robin, and ended up being his one true love. But, he just could never be with her the way he always wanted/hoped he would, so he'd settle for others who made his choices for him, which made it easier to be with/love them, (Courtney, Carly, Sam). Liz was the only one who was an actual choice that he made to keep coming back to, while with everyone else, he settled for. Throughout the years, there was always something between them and he just couldn't stop having feelings for her. Even when he was with someone else (Courtney, Sam). He still was never able to completely get over Liz (hence the close friendship between them that EVERYONE in both Jason and Liz's lives were jealous of). Which is why they found themselves being drawn back together so many times throughout the years. I don't see Jason seeing Liz as a rebound, honestly everyone else seemed like a rebound. Jason and Liz originally built their bond/friendship on an understanding of each others feelings. They both knew what it was like to feel alone and lost in darkness and to feel nothing. And they actually built a sturdy and real bond between them. And jason wasn't with anyone during the time that Liz and him started becoming close friends.
