U know u've hit an all time low when Carly seems like a good example of how to behave. Liz should have checked herself in Fern cliff the minute she had that thought. Clearly she was spiraling out of control. Where's her pride. Here she is throwing herself at Jason and he keeps rejecting her. I actually was embarrassed for her in these scenes.

Let's analyze this objectively for a minute. Elizabeth and Jason have been arguing about the same subject matter since 2002 when she was living in the PH with Jason & Zander. Back then, Elizabeth clearly told Jason that she couldn't handle the lies in his life because at that time he had to lie to her about Sonny being alive and he couldn't tell her the truth because it was part of his job. At that moment, she realized that she couldn't handle his life style and she walked away. Later on, in 2008, they are having the same discussion and Jason let's her know that she is against everything he stands for and that she wants to keep on lying. He tells her that it would never work and she insists. We need to keep going because it gets more interesting, in 2012, while Sam and Jason are going through a really tough time in their marriage Elizabeth lied, manipulated so they could get a divorce and once again insisted on asking Jason for a chance for them to be together. Again, Jason said NO. But, you would think that made her stopped. Well, in 2015, she when on more determined than ever and when everyone thought that Drew was Jason she lied and manipulated again to marry the guy which was already married. So, we ask, with all these facts who can deny Elizabeth's true nature as a lier and a manipulator. Jason has never seen a future with Elizabeth. He has never been in love with her and the truth of the matter is that she has never been able to get over that fact. Jason was able to be in love with Robin, with Courtney and with Sam but not with Elizabeth. She should accept that fact and move on because is getting old.

Sam lied from day one since she landed in pc she was a con she went from Jaxs to sonny to Jason's bed she lied to everyone about the fact that Jake was Jason's son and all the things she did to get Jason to tell her the truth about Jake she watched jake get kidnapped and did nothing she hired 2 men to scare Liz and her boys in a park then tried to play the hero by saving them she bought baby clothes she slept with RIC and she told Carly about Jake when it wasn't her place to

Yanira Martinez you may want to take a step back and reread what you wrote. Jason and Elizabeth have been connected since probably 1999, and started off as friends. and he was there for her when she thought lucky have been killed in the fire. He developed a really strong friendship and she was there for him and he was there for her. An attraction grew from that and yes they do share a child Jake. But I don’t think Elixabeth is a bad person in fact Jason asked Elizabeth to marry him 3 times, the third time she said yes and then Michael was shot! That’s what changed everything. Because in Jason’s mind he blames himself for Michael being shot and what he saw was that could happen to Elizabeth, Cameron or Jake. Thats why he backed of. Yrs later Jake is three years old, and gets hit by a car and ends up being brain dead. In reality Helena kidnapped him and put Elizabeth and Jason and lucky through a living hell believing the child died. Helena had nothing to do with Jason so what happened to Jake was never Jason‘s fault. the only reason Jason stepped away from Elizabeth was because of what happened to Michael when he got shot in the warehouse because Jason blamed himself. and he saw that as a possibility for what could happen to Elizabeth and her children.

However, we like to take this opportunity to explain our point of view and perspective. We perfectly understand that there are Fans that wished Jason and Elizabeth could have been more or meant more to one another. But with all due respect, we have to point out certain facts given to us throughout the years by the GH Writers (hereinafter "the writers") that we the Fans can't just ignored because they didn't suit our wishes or desire for our favorite characters. So, we thought it would be productive if we proceeded to analyze them objectively according to the way they have been presented to us by the Writers and throughout GH history. Let's begin by saying that for whatever reason the writers throughout the years haven't agreed on the concept of Jason and Elizabeth as a couple. Even since the very beginning when they became very close friends after Lucky was thought to be dead in 1999. They started to develop certain feelings based on a real friendship and it looked promising but because of Carly and Sonny he left Town. He came back briefly in 2000 and left again. It wasn't until 2002 when Jason and Elizabeth picked up their friendship where they left it of. However, as it turned out to be, Lucky was alive. But, even back then the writers decided that given the choice Elizabeth was going to always choose Lucky. As we all know that has always been the pattern with Elizabeth. She has always chosen Lucky. As we have often seen with Elizabeth when it comes to her love life Lucky comes first. It happened when she was pregnant with Jake. She lied to protect Lucky. She convinced Jason to give up his parental rights because allegedly was safer for Jake but the truth of the matter was that she always wanted Lucky to be the father of her kids. That simple fact became evident when she had the affair with Nikolas and she was pregnant with Aiden. All throughout her pregnancy she pushed Nikolas away because she wanted Lucky back. Even when Lucky was with Sam she interfered in their relationship because she couldn't stand Lucky being happy with someone else. She did the same thing when Lucky was with Siobhan. It's Elizabeth's pattern. She admitted as much when she suffered her mental breakdown and she was at Shadybrooke. She was talking to Robin at the time. Also, as Jason's and Elizabeth's story evolved, once again, the writers decided that they were not nor ever would be a good match for each other. It doesn't matter what we as fans wished or wanted at one point or another, the reality of the situation is still the same Jason and Elizabeth were a "no go" since the very beginning of their relationship as friends. Let's analyze this objectively. The writers had many opportunities to make Jason's and Elizabeth's relationship into a real love story. But time and time again they have chosen not to move the characters' relationship in that direction. Let's take a brief look objectively. After, Lucky came back, Elizabeth was conflicted and Jason asked her point blank what she wanted and she chose Lucky. After all, and as explained above, that's her pattern. Later on, Elizabeth broke things up with Lucky. At that moment, the writers had another great chance to make Jason and Elizabeth into the real thing. This was another opportunity the writers had to make them into a super couple. Nonetheless, the writers chose to have Elizabeth get involve with Zander. Let's not forget that Jason watched her when she had sex with Zander in her art studio and Jason said nothing and did nothing. We need to remember that at the time Jason was still a viable option for her because there was no Courtney or Sam in the picture. But yet again, the writers chose not go there. They didn't allow the characters to move forward in what everyone thought it was the beginning of a love story. The truth of the matter is that for whatever reason the writers never allowed Jason and Elizabeth to become more than friends. Nonetheless, there is the fact that when we thought in 2002 that Jason and Elizabeth were about to finally start a relationship it only lasted three (3) days until Elizabeth decided to break things up because she couldn't handled Jason's lifestyle and the choices he had to make because of it. In that instance, the irony of the whole thing was that Elizabeth got mad at Jason because he lied to her about Sonny being alive. That's when Elizabeth realized that Jason's lifestyle was not for her. She couldn't accept him or what he did unconditionally. That was another reason why the writers never moved forward with Jason and Elizabeth. Both of them were always full of contradictions that made it impossible for anything more meaningful than a friendship to happen between them. More to our point, it's the fact that when Jason was with Courtney she asked him if he was ever in love with Elizabeth and he simply said no. Next post Cont 2 Yanira Martínez' Answer
