Why couldn't the idiot writers just let them go?!!!! They could of given them something to hold on too even if they couldnt last! I would of loved to have seen them in Italy, liz showing jason all the art and scenery then they could just be together no one else interfering or calling or any danger!!! Gh writers made a huge mistake by breaking them up, and never letting them have their shot at being together! They lost me as a viewer as soon as they broke them up and I will not watch it til they are together again!! #Liason4everjasamnever!!!!

Gh writers deliberately let something tragic happen to sidetrack jason n liz plans , michael just happen to get shot right after jason proposes to liz then they decide to take a trip to italy to be together n then kate gets shot . but hey when they placed jason back with sam no drama to prevent their fake wedding jason n liz belong together no wonder steve left the show because he wanted them to continue the with becky as his love interest b ut the writers thought otherwise n ruined it

ldyloren you are so right. Steve gave an interview where he said that he liked working with Rebecca and how he thought there was so much more story between them. Steve said the chemistry between them was real due to the fact that they were close friends in real life and how comfortable it was between them and how natural it felt with her. He said it was just a job when they put him back with Kelly.

The writers are just catering to Sam's character and are only putting them together/keeping them together because they don't want another repeat of 2009 where the fans got psychotic and threw major hissy fits. They're also completely wrong and ass backwards. Jason and Elizabeth have "a love that just is". NOT Jason and Sam!! They've proved that so many times over the years. How how many times has Jason said "you know how I feel about you" or "don't you know what you are to me?" To Elizabeth. We all knew what he meant by that and what he was really trying to say to her. He loved her, he always had. He has said he loves her dozens of times but never has to say it all the time, like he does with Sam. He tells Elizabeth "you know how I feel about you" and she and the audience knows exactly what he's saying, that he loves her. He doesn't have to say the words all the time, just the "you know how I feel about you" and we already know. THAT is the true definition of a love that "just is". He doesn't have to let her know all the time, she just knows, and he knows. And clearly by his own words, he has ALWAYS wanted to be with Elizabeth. Elizabeth is who Jason should have been with, not Sam. Elizabeth has always had more of a real and true connection with Jason than Sam EVER had or ever will!! The writers screwed up big time all just for catering to and fan servicing the hissy fit throwing Sam fans..

Jason continued to live in a web of lies besides having all his priorities all messed up, being out of focus and not taking care of business the way he used to. Jason continues to compromise himself by putting aside all his beliefs and core values. He is distracted and at this point he is untrustworthy. To what is stated above, we say, it is anything but love when the person you are with turned you into the worse version of yourself. That is exactly what happened to Jason when he attempted to have a so called "relationship" with Elizabeth. He forgot who he was and all about his commitments and responsibilities. Lies, cover ups, a secret affair, a hide out, compromised his values over and over, risked the lives of loved ones and so on. We asked, was it worthy?

Actually they were a couple back in 2002. Granted it only last about a month or so. But they were still a couple. And they were technically a couple here in 2007-2008 once she was finally divorced. Jason and Liz even talk about it. And even get engaged. A relationship is between two people. Not two people and the whole world. Not everyone in town had to be aware that they were seeing each other/in a relationship. It's none of their business. So yes, they were a couple.
