Thank you for sharing this I remember I've seen pictures I'm not sure who and when it was abandoned and I'm glad that someone has decided to fix it up. I would like to share a little story with you I went and saw Liberace in the 60s. I set right next to the stage and he would come in and he was in a blue I believe a white Rolls-Royce and he get out of it and he wore his full length white mink I need to come over to the stage and let people touch I touched his watch which was all diamonds and it opened up it was a piano design on top he was a fabulous Entertainer and was a very handsome man just wanted to share that with you. It's nice when people decide to save history cuz he was part of History I loved to watch his program with his candelabra on his piano. Thank you for sharing all these beautiful things of History to really know that when we're not here that certain people will be remembered God bless you always sending prayers blessings love and hugs always to you and your family

Wonderful, thank you. We went there a couple of years ago when it was abandoned and run down. I'm glad that it's being cared for now. Scott Thorson is presently in prison and has cancer. I regret that both you and the tour guide felt it necessary to make fun of their relationship.

Great job, so sad you couldn't go inside, but from the outside, Liberace ain't got nothing like Graceland, but, the inside most likely would be beautiful, but, we don't know... It sure was loud out there, no grass no big trees, I guess I like Tennessee best, I am just saying ♥️😎⚡🇺🇸🎗️

Sheila C Liberace had like 4 or 5 homes. This was just 1, and it was a bit basic compared to his others. He died in his home in Palm Springs.

1:20 No, he wasn't "doing the Hilton" prior to Elvis. What is now known as the Westgate Hotel, previously the Hilton International, was built in 1969 and was called 'The International'. Elvis was the first to perform there.

If you google the address. In 2009 the car is uncovered from the front. You can plainly see that it is a Cadillac Seville 2 door with side mounts. I'm not sure if this is the Opera Coupe! Great video! Thanks.

I’ve seen the inside of that house on KZbin and it’s creepy the way it’s so abandoned after it once was full of life and pomp just shows you what can happen to buildings no matter who you are after you die , at least the saved Graceland from the same fate ..

Deb, There is usually only one thing In a video that I am telling the story in that is not correct and it will only be a simple fact that is easy to look up.. When other people are telling stories like this one I do not fact check them unless it is an Elvis story.. Thanks for watching, Spa Guy

The International was built in 69 right? The guy said Liberace worked the Hilton and wanted a house close........but he built that 2 house place in 62.....something don't add up.
@weeklyspaguy6 жыл бұрын
Bob, I agree those parts of his story don't add up and neither does the place the car is parked.. I didn't research this story I let him tell what he knew.. I also think Liberace didn't play the Hilton until 1972 the first time.. Thanks, Spa Guy

It was gene douchete who designed Elvis stage attire in the 70s he said that liberache was an influence on his design on Elvis suits I think up to 73 they were good but after that they got atop camp and over the top I mean How Elvis ever agreed to get into a lot of them is beyond me !!!

I must admit I was going to skip this just I had planned to with the Pat Boone video: I'm glad I watched both. Thank you. Also, Arjan is right about 70s fashion and Elvis was a snappy dresser for the most part off stage, but most of the jumpsuits were gaudy, even by 70s standards... and they just got gaudier: the peacock one would have to take the prize for gaudiness : ) The 70s jumpsuits were pretty cool.
@weeklyspaguy6 жыл бұрын
I am glad you watched.. and I appreciate the encouragement.. Just know I do my best to bring you interesting stuff everytime..
@sheilac18456 жыл бұрын
kiolasmash550 Hey, man. I can't agree with Elvis' jumpsuits being gaudy, some were better looking and fit differently. But. Honey, when he walked out on that stage, it was bling time, sometimes it was WOW time, when he was younger and could dance like wild fire, my goodness, he knew how to do his thing to make the girls scream!!!!! Why do you think they got on stage, chased him down, hung on his car and all of the women & girls wanted a kiss and a scarf, He was down right SEXY AS HELL the way he dressed and dances, hey man, they didn't call him the King for nothing... There's a video of Linda going into a bar, I'm not sure if it's Beal Street or where, she was with a small group of friends and someone knew it was her, they vidio taped hollering out to her, and, they had asked a question about Elvis, and she said, " That ain't all he was King of" so, I do believe Linda knew she was telling it right !!! And you've got to feel bad for her, I do believe Elvis loved her but just didn't want another marriage or child and she did, and she married that fake Jenner, but, got two very handsome boys, but, when I heard her say that, I felt like she still has love and great memories of their life together, I don't think she will ever love a man as much as she loves Elvis, I think Linda is the only girlfriend Elvis had that he would've been very happy with forever, but, she did live a bit of a Cinderella moment with him and did it with Style and Grace, she was a hot number in her clothes too, beautiful on the inside and the outside for sure, a lovely Lady, I think I will get her book, I had said I would not, but, I think I will, I hope it doesn't make me cry, but, most likely will, I wish the best for her, she's earned it.💖💙💕

I would said great video but you lost me at the part when you where over (hate to say this) Scott's house with the covered car. Don't look took at the persons sexuality, look at the person! Or don't say nothing at all.
@weeklyspaguy4 жыл бұрын
Then Gay people need to quit leading with their sexuality.. I don't walk around saying I'm straight.. If they never mentioned it I wouldn't have.. If you don't like what I do take a hike.. I am 55 years old and no one knows about what I do behind closed doors because it does not define me it does define them..
