So good to see you get in on this, Ingrid! ☺Neat hearing more of how it sounds to be a large part of your freetime, the library. I'm guessing an e-reader is like a kindle. Yes, I wonder that too, how could someone be bored or grumpy surrounded by books...? I'm imagining you nestled in your favorite library spot. 🙂 Thanks for doing this. -Carm

1. How often do you go to the library? I don’t go to the public library. It’s been years (more than 10). I do browse online stuff to see what book I’ll read next, but going to a physical library, to me, seems antiquated. Sorry. Even when I did go to the library, it was to use their wifi or use the tables to do university work away from family and friends. 2. Do you belong to more than one library system? I believe my local library card is still valid because my address hasn’t changed, but I’m unsure. I might go just to see if my card works. 3. What percent of books you read come from the library? None from the physical library. All my books come from suggestions from friends and recommendations from my algorithm 4. Do you listen to audiobooks or get E-books from the library? Majority of my books are e books, none from library. Although I do have a collection of physical books that were gifted or I bought throughout university. 5. Did you go to storytime at the library as a kid? No. My parents weren’t really “book people” when I would go as a kid it was primarily to use their computers for video games. lol 6. Have you ever borrowed a movie or video game from the library? No. I used to use their computers to play online games as kid. 7. Have you ever been fined for returning books late? How do you feel about that? As a kid, I was fined for overdue charges. It was my parents fault because I told them the due date but they wouldn’t drive me to the library 8. Do you attend special events, groups, or book sales at the library? No, but I think in the future I’ll make a donation of my university books after I scan them and make the pdfs for myself. It’s just a timely process, but it is a goal of mine. 9. Have you ever given or taken a book from a little free library, a book box, or bookswap? Yes! A neighborhood, walking distance from my house, has multiple houses that do book swaps. I’ve dropped a book off and got an interesting book. It’s been years since I’ve participated though. Don’t worry, I returned all books I borrowed. 10. Do any of your librarians know you by name? Unfortunately, no

Hello Ingrid, Good idea. Thanks for the video and thanks to carm too. For the moment I will just answer the questions then later rewatch the video and comment on your answers. Here are my answers: 1/ I've gone to the library very few times in my entire life ( I was raised in a culture where reading has never been encouraged) 2/ I've never belonged to any library system. 3/ I've never read something from the library. 4/ I've never listened to an audio book and I never took E-books from the library. 5/ I never went to the library as kid. 6/ I've never borrowed something from the library. 7/ since I've never borrowed I've never been fined. 8/ I've never attended a special event although there's some kind of sale in the municipal library next Sunday and maybe I will have a look. 9/ I've only took once 4 books for free from an event but honestly I've never red them. 10 / no librarian know me. PS: I didn't take into account books concerning my studies. Have a good evening Ingrid and good weekend.

Thanks, Honestly it's not really something I missed in my life. I missed many other things which were far more important. I hope so but things are going to be more chaotic for quite some time in the future so it won't be in short period. Again thanks for your lovely and kind words 😊
