One of my favorite licensed video games has to be Over the Hedge. It's actually interesting because the story takes place after the movie- they all do (save for the GBA version). The Verminator and Gladys are back and end up trashing your stuff, so it's up to you to get it all back, and stop them. The combat is also kind of fun. There's something about just mindlessly mashing the attack button and plowing through hordes of enemies that makes my brain go brrr. The Bumper Carts mini game is a blast with a friend, too. So, if you're one of the many people who want an Over the Hedge sequel, the games may just have what you're looking for.

I know Blitz Games Studios through another licensed game they made that I grew up with: Action Man: Mission Xtreme. The gamer that I am now can tell this was probably made to be a Metal Gear clone. But it has a great OST that helped me appreciate video game soundtracks, the vehicles sections were short but fun, the secret base level is elaborately designed, and it made a character I only vaguely knew, a competent secret agent who actually likes doing his job and doesn't have to listen to extended death monologues by every villain he defeats!

Important to note about One Piece: Grand Adventure (which I own and can confirm is fun) is that it includes content Grand Battle didn't/couldn't include due to the English version of OP being far behind Japan at the time, hence why Adventure is English only. Also while Battle, Adventure and Pirate's Carnival use the 4Kids VAs (which aren't as bad as many like to make it out to be) Unlimited Adventure on the Wii is the first (and at the time of this writing only) game to use the Funimation VAs. Also fun fact, the Grand Adventure box art is reused from the JP only game Fighting for One Piece (released a year earlier in 05).

Also, Austin explaining Snoopy felt so WEIRD to me, like... I just sat there going "But it's Snoopy... everyone instinctively understands Snoopy, don't they?".
