The 159 inch "not extended" version is less than 20 feet long so can be parked in a standard parking space. The extended model is too long and can get you a ticket if you extend out into traffic or into the ext parking sport. The sealing around the base of the AC is pretty sloppy looking. Almost looks like they got no pride in their workmanship. Plus they could use a shorter AC to give you a few more inches of clearance. The pop top covers up the standard Promaster roof top mounts so you will have to DRILL into the side of the RV to install an awning. This also is NOT the wheelchair version as it does not have the lift nor the tie-downs. The rear seat belts pull up instead of back and you can not reach the floor with your feet. Better as a bed than a chair. And REALLY pay attention to tire pressure. Get much more than 70 psi in the front and you are going to have a real bumpy ride.
