Thank you so much.I'm 65 .I have been playing and teaching guitar on and off for over 50 years, not my first instrument.A teacher told me once, every time you pick up your instrument, don't ever put it down without having learned something new, even a tiny riff.Greetings from Québec

You really help connect the loose ends in my knowledge at which I'm vaguely grasping. Most of what I know is through brute mental concentration and pattern recognition leading to daily epiphanies and satisfying mental exhaustion. I thoroughly enjoy those tiny accomplishments seeing as I'm teaching myself everything and practically "discovering" guitar but sometimes it's really nice to have someone help you along, and brother I thank you for the great public service you are doing.

Hey Assaf, just to let you know that I’m here watching this and playing along as you recommended in your ear training lessons. I thought you might take pleasure from the fact that I’m listening to your advice, similarly to how writers enjoy it when their readers understand what they try to communicate in their work.

If I have become famous one day, I'll give you as much money as you need to found your own guitar school :D It is amazing how much passion you put into your work. And I still don't know your name, cause you pronounced it too fast in the past and now you have this super cool intro. You kinda remind me of an old man which one would encounter on a long journey. You know, somebody who is perfectly comfortable with his life and is a true master. Someone with skills that no one knows :D.

Can you show us how to do doublestops on all strings in every key? I understand this, but not sure how to move it around and put in other keys.. I need a little more instruction, if you want to do that. I sure appreciate this of course..

Your channel is awesome, and your teaching is so understandable. You are definitely one of the best on you tube. I've learned your Stand By Me, Stairway, Yesterday, and In My Life. My 3 little kids love it. Is there any way you can do a cover/lesson on sultan of swing by dire straits? Thank you again!

Hey Asaf , there's a song called Duncan by Paul Simon and l think it's pretty nice. Problem is there is no right tab for it online (everything l found is inaccurate). I would greatly appreciate a video tutorial of that song , especially if the finger style would include the solo and the rhythm simultaneously Thanks ! P.S - יום טוב!

+DrunknAzn yeah ! why give us only songs when he can give us techniques to create our own or imitate others... I like getting a tutorial in a specific song sometimes too but these lessons are far more essential
