Lidia Thorpe asked to cover her ‘inappropriate’ shirt in her Voice address to Senate

Senator Lidia Thorpe was interrupted during her address to the Senate on her stance against the Voice to Parliament and asked by Senate President Sue Lines to cover her shirt for being “inappropriate”.
“I asked you respectfully, in fact, I ordered you to cover your shirt, because any slogans that can be read by me are inappropriate, so please don’t also then refer to it,” Ms Lines said.
