I just really had to tell you that I've been trying out your videos after about 10 sessions with other youtuber and I've got to say that I'm gonna stay with you for a really really long time because your workouts are easy to follow but trains those specific muscles really well! The arrangements of the workouts in your videos are just really well done! You really done it! You make me love pilates even more ❤

I've been doing these every day before work for a couple of months now, and the first 5 mns of this one kicked my ass in a way that only one other video did (and that one only killed me at the end)! I'm realising the squat exercises are the common denominator and if I have to choose... I think I prefer they be at the start before I'm all outta strength!

Im not doing this to lose weight, so still have a crappy diet and not doing cardio or any other exercise. Its been maybe three months now of doing 15-30mins of these before workand I feel so much better in my body! I'm definitely muchstronger, and seeing some definition growing in my body (particularly my abs), and my creaky, achey knee and wrist have basically disappeared. Im less bloated and have more energy. Again, my weight on the scales hasnt changed, which doesnt bother me because that wasnt my goal, but my body is looking a little more defined and I feel fanmtastic! @@st4rgirI111

I’ve started a little diet consisting of fruits and veggies , I still eat my daily meals cause I can’t go long without them 🤣 I’ve stopped eating foods that go to your thighs , and I am seeing some results ! It’s been about 1-2 months , and her workouts definitely work ! I recommend ! ☺️

@@mafu_ne Well , there is some foods that go straight to your thighs , these foods (meats like sirloin steak, pork tenderloin, chicken breast, and tilapia. dairy like cheese, yogurt, and low fat milk. grains like oatmeal, quinoa, and whole-grain breads. fruits like bananas, grapes, watermelon, and berries. starchy vegetables like potatoes, lima beans, and cassava.) can help you bulk , but if you aren’t looking to bulk , i don’t think its best to eat these on a regular basis! But me , i still eat them , just not as much as i used to ! 😁

I started working out last year and I’ll say this, my legs became smaller and began to seem longer just two weeks after I started 😍🥳 I don’t follow any diet, I just try to drink two liters.

Hey girl! I had exactly the same problem with my calves as you do and unfortunately, no workout helps for that, but what definitely will make a difference are intense leg stretches! Try this ,Gloria Song - 3 min slimming calves'' vid, it helped me sm:) Good luck!!

It would and also you can use resistance band , they help me a lot , I lost 15-18 cm off my thighs now both my thighs are 39cm , they are toned and have ean muscles , hope you get your desire results ♥️♥️
