I started doing your workouts in June 2020, starting with 15 mins thigh workouts, back workouts and arms exercises. I wasn't able to do any of your intense workouts or the longer ones; its been more than an year now and I have lost 17 kgs thanks to you. I can do hiit everyday for more than 100 minutes now, reduced my bmi to 19 and feel much healthier now. You are the first youtuber I followed and I couldn't have expected better results. @@imanahsan2062 yeah I followed a 800 calorie diet for 2 months with 30 mins of daily exercise, then went on for a 1000 calorie diet with 50 mins of exercise everyday for about 2 months. I now eat about 1300 calories everyday and exercise around an hour everyday in both morning amd evening. Cut back on sugar and snacking for best results!

THANK YOU EMI😭💜 I followed your workouts back in 2020 June and lost almost 20 kgs!! I've pcod and my weight increased A LOT in March-May 2020..I was 74 kgs and on a medication too..my doctor said that I've to lose weight to control my pcod..so I did your workouts and right now I am 53-54 kgs (it keeps fluctuating..I keep losing and gaining 1 kg..it's normal) and my pcod is in control too!!You are the first KZbinr I followed and I really love your energy too!! Tracking! I started the 10-min older version of Emi's leg slimming workout on 1/21/2022, and I'm switching to this one today. I am doing this and April Han's leg slimming 10-min video - each one time per day. Starting stats (1/21/2022): H: 5'3" - W: 118lbs Upper thigh: L: 55cm - R: 54cm Lower thigh (above knee): L: 38.5cm - R: 38.5cm Calves: L: 34.5cm - R: 34cm Tracking: Day 1: 1/21/2022✔(Emi's older 10-min leg workout) Day 2: 1/22/2022✔ Day 3: 1/23/2022✔ Day 4: 1/24/2022✔ Day 5: 1/25/2022✔ Day 6: 1/26/2022✔ Day 7: 1/27/2022✔ Day 8: 1/28/2022✔ (Started foam rolling also) Day 9: 1/29/2022✔ Day 10: 1/30/2022✔(Switched to this workout + April Han's) 10-day update: Upper thigh: L: 54cm (-1cm) - R: 54cm (-0cm) Lower thigh (above knee): L: 37.5cm (-1cm) - R: 37cm (-1.5cm) Calves: L: 33.4cm (-1.1cm) - R: 33cm (-1cm) Day 11: 1/31/2022 ✔️ Day 12: 2/1/2022 ✔ Although my thighs are getting more toned, I've noticed that I have a good deal of subcutaneous fat around my inner thighs that will probably take months (my body holds on to fat in my thighs) before I get it to where I want it. Long-term goal!!! We can do this! Day 13: 2/2/2022✔ Day 14: 2/3/2022✔ The workout was getting easier now, so I decided to add resistance bands and I definitely felt the burn again - not just in the thighs but also the glutes! Day 15: 2/4/2022✔I did Gloria Song's knee fat workout before this, and man - there was definitely NO NEED for resistance bands today while doing this workout. Day 16: 2/5/2022✔Used resistance bands today with this! Day 17: 2/6/2022✔Lots of stretching after this one! Day 18: 2/7/2022✔Almost to the end of the 20-day challenge! Day 19: 2/8/2022✔One more day! Did lots of leg stretching and foam rolling afterwards! Day 20: 2/9/2022✔And I'm done! Successfully finished the 20-day challenge!!! I will update tomorrow with measurements! My hubby told me the other day that my thighs, when looking at them from the front, are slimmer - so I'm excited! The fat in my thighs are very stubborn, so I know it will take longer to get to my goal (

@@sekimasumi4092 no. not unless u lift weights and do so much squats or strength training fr ur legs. they r important but u shld do them in limit. if u r confused wt workout u shld do in a day. u can check emi workout programs wre she will be giving the workout schedule fr 2 weeks, 28 days, 4 weeks and many more. there r many workout programs. u can choose them based on ur needs. and plus mostly emi's workout r fr woman which means they only tone and slim our body and not bulk it. thank u

Ok I decided to do this workout every morning until July 15. Besides this legs workout, Since 25 of February I did other workouts every single day. I started this legs workout on April 12, and I will keep y’all updated because I need motivation. All of Emi's workouts are def. helpful. Specially this one , I've been following a lot of thigh workouts but never saw any results until now. I've understood that the key is consistency and and and... the most imp fact is you need to maintain balance between toning exercises and stretching exercises, which is what is preset IN this video......

Incase you’re wondering this works like a charm! My legs were around 30 inches and since I started which was a month ago it has went to 24 inches on one leg and 23 on the other! Drink lots of water eat plenty protein and take a day of rest and you got itt

Me: 19, Female Height: 171cm Weight: 71 kg Left thigh: 66,7 cm Right thigh: 67,6 cm Day one: done! My legs hurt though😭 but afterwards i felt really good! Day two: finished! It felt a bit harder than yesterday cause my legs were stiff but after the exercise it feels really nice. I’m also starting intermittent fasting today.

Hey lady!! you're doing a great job. You know Iam following your workout videos from past 1 YEAR.. it is very effective.. I was 60kg in 2020 February .. and i Lost 13 kg in 4 month.. @@Bakerstreet01 eat more of protein instead of carbo, don't eat junk food and sweets or drinks, if you want, you can try eating fruits instead of junk food, but know your portion. When I'm on my diet, I still can eat junk food but on my cheat day which is once per week and still know my portion. Drink more water, exercise regularly, don't be stressful and sleep properly. I lost almost 5kgs in 3 months, from 57.80kg to 52.90kg. Goodluck!

I'm going to start doing this exercise! now my thighs: 58cm i'll update everyday in case i don't die day 1: last set was insane, i felt burn and heard my bones crack. but i feel so good now, proud of myself! day 2: i walked a lot today and i think because of that, todays workout was harder than yesterday. don't give up even i'm busy!! day 3: okaay, its not getting easier 😩 but keep going day 4: its not that hard anymore🥳 day 5: done! i can't believe but its easier day 6: rest day day 7: done -1 cm for both my thighs (i also try to eat healthy but last two days i eat sugar after a long time because my sweet tooth) keep going!! i decided to update weekly ✨ uppss i almost forgot to update! i skip two days this week cause my menstruation, and due to this my body is swollen. its okay, keep going!😅

I’ve been insecure about my thighs for around 7 years. This year, I’ve tried three different workouts, none have actually worked. All the girls are my school have really skinny legs, I always get sad when I see them because I always compare myself to them. I really hope this one does so I can finally feel comfortable enough to wear shorts!

Trying for a week with a couple break days! I'm going to be going for regular jogs and walking a lot too! Thighs are currently 50.8 cm at the widest part, calves are 30.5 cm at the widest part, weight is abt 53.5 kg. Amazing :) this works like a charm! I got results pretty fast, just make sure to be consistent with your workouts! And remember that it doesn’t matter how fast you do a workout, if you can’t do it fast, then do it slow. Slower results are better than none. 加油!

Okay, I have seen a lot of them first focusing on what are the comments as in does emi's workouts really work when it comes to leg sliming or thighs fat loss, so here is my analysis, NO DOUBT that emi wongs workouts are extremely effective , however depends on person's body to body as in , depends on what part of the body you want to lose fat from. In my case I tried emi wongs leg sliming workouts but for me it did not work Reason's: Firstly I am an accountant and my work is just sitting work 😅 and so my hips and legs get heavier and as I had a pear shaped body , I wanted to reduce thigh fat and hip fat but this workout did not work for me. Second : Emi wongs workouts are highly effective buh the workouts for legs are too heavier for a person like a pear shaped body (heavier on lower part) and so it did not work for me instead I gained more on thighs. People who want to lose thigh or lower body fat hip and legs faster try simpl 10mins workouts and 10,000 steps per day results you will see within a week (This is only for heavier lower body.) I would not specifically take the name of the youtuber which you should be starting with , as Emi's workouts are like really effective when it comes to abs, flat belly, slim arms , love handles she is a pro in it. But people who are looking for faster lower body reduce just skip harder workouts do 10k steps + just 10mins leg slimming inner and outer thigh workout and along with it do 10mins hip sliming workouts and your sorted. But that dies not mean you should not do upper body and abs... do a full combo with simple excersices. THIS IS ONLY FOR HEAVIER LOWER BODY PEOPLE . who want to lose lower body fat faster before Christmas 🎄. I just shared my experience from these leg sliming workouts of emi , cz I was doing it as I gained on my lower body due to desk job , but wen I strtd doing this workouts it made my thighs more heavier so I started just simple workouts and walks and I lose a good out of fat in 1-2 weeks time. I loved this leg workout and have been doing everyday for the past 4 months. My right leg lost 1.5cm while my left leg lost 1cm. And my hip size lost 2 cm and my belly lost 1 cm. My waist is now 24inches!! I am 62 years old! I feel great for my body!

@@A.S.M.Rplease At first this workout tired me as well, but I kept going and after a while, my body got used to these exercises and didn't feel tired. Also, I eat very healthy, no sweet and sugar food. Plus I don't eat starch as well, mainly vegetables, protein and good oil for my diet for a long time.

Thank you so much! I had surgery on my ankle and the doctor told me to avoid squats, lunges, basically any workout that puts stress on my lower legs and this was perfect!

I’m going to start this workout from today. My thighs have always been something i am really insecure about. I’m going to try to update every day. Current weight: 52 kgs Thighs: 48 inches Day 1 ✅ Update: A lot of things occurred in my personal life recently. I ended up going down a path of self destruction. My weight has increased from 52 kgs to 55 kgs. However, i am really determined to pull myself out of this dark place. I’m restarting my journey from today. Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ 1 week Update: i lost 2 kgs and I currently weigh 53 kgs. My legs are not that slim yet however they feel toner to me. I am going to continue this until I reach my desired weight and goals.

okay i'm going to do this workout every day (or at least almost every day😂) for a month! my both thighs are now 53 cm😐 Day 1 ✅ that really felt on my feet but I was still able to do it completely💪🏻 Day 2 ✅ the workout really felt again, but now it already feels like my thighs are thin and slimmer Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ❌ Day 11 ✅ Day 12 ✅ i think my thighs are already a little thinner. 💪🏼🤩 Day 13 ❌ Day 14 ✅ Day 15 ✅ Day 16 ✅ Day 17 ✅ Day 18,19,20,21 ❌ sorry, i haven't done this now in 4 days since i have had corona but yes i am pretty well healed now.
