In this video I show you step by step how to prepare minced pork with onions, tomatoes and mozzarella. Minced pork 800 gr.
Onion 1 piece
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Basil 1 tsp.
I let the minced meat rest for 15-20 minutes.
Tomato 2 pcs.
Boiled eggs 3 pcs.
Mozzarella 200 gr.
Cooked, smoked bacon 5-6 pcs.
Salt to taste.
pepper to taste.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 1 hour.

Place in the oven preheated to 240°C for another 10 minutes.

Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Gelatin (instant) 25 gr.
Pour gelatin into 100 ml of warm broth.
Quail eggs 8-10 pcs.
Canned peas and corn 3-4 tbsp. l.
Pomegranate 1/4 pc.
Parsley.
Broth 600 ml.

Dat gevulde gehakt met bacon er omheen is voor mij in ieder geval het recept van het jaar. Vrij eenvoudig te maken en ontzettend lekker met ei en kaas binnen in het gehakt en dan die lekkere knapperige bacon erom. Echt een super recept. Dit zal ik regelmatig maken. Bedankt voor de wereld tip!!
