Peppercorns 5-6 pcs.
Boiled potatoes 1 kg.
Parsley
Egg 1 pc.
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Vegetable oil 700-800 ml.
Recipe number 2
Pork and chicken (1:1). Only 1kg.
Chicken leg 1 pc.
Chicken fillet 1 pc.
Table salt 10 gr.
Nitrite salt 10 gr.
Spice mixture to taste 4 gr.
I have this: ground allspice, ground black pepper, dry garlic.
Garlic 3 cloves.
Cold water 80-100 ml.
I heat the water to 80°C. I turn the heat to low.
Cover and cook at this temperature for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
I put the cooled sausage in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
My sausage is ready.

Chicken liver 700 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Carrots 2 pieces (1 large)
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Fresh onions 4-5 pcs.
Boiled eggs 3 pcs.
Salt 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Pepper mixture 1 tsp.
Coriander 0.5 tsp.
Smoked paprika 1 tsp.
Rice flour 0.5 cups.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Mozzarella 100 gr.
Parsley or other greens as desired.

Minced pork 1 kg.
Egg 1 piece
5 slices of bread.
Milk 100 ml.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Oregano 1 tsp.
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. l.
parsley to taste.
Dijon mustard 3-4 tsp.
Cooked and smoked bacon 200 gr.
Pickled cucumbers (small) 350 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
I cut the onion into quarter rings.
Cheese 200 gr.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 70-80 minutes.
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.
Paprika 1 tsp.
French mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 2 tsp.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp.
Place in the oven until golden brown. (at a temperature of 240°C).

Mushrooms 200-300 gr.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Lemon salt 1 tbsp. l.
Parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Mozzarella 200 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 0.5 cups.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Turmeric 1 tsp.

As coxas de frango se parecem com as que fazemos aqui no Brasil. Só que não é frango desfiado e sim a coxa inteira com uma massa a vase de farinha de trigo mas gostei bem mais da sua receita. Obrigada por compartilhar 🇧🇷🇧🇷🙏🏻🥰
