Recipe 1
Minced pork 1.5 kg.
Salt 30 gr.
Pepper mixture 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Italian herb mixture 1 tsp.
Onion 1 piece
1 egg.
Ground crackers 3 tbsp. l.
Cream 20% 70 ml.
Cheese 300 gr.
Ham 300 gr.
Boiled and smoked bacon 20-30 pcs. (depends on the width of the strips
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 90 minutes.
I put the roll in the oven for another 15 minutes (without foil at 240°C).
Salad:
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp.
Red onion 1 pc.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.
Dill and parsley to taste.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
Recipe 2
Pork 1kg.
Baking powder 1/3 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
pepper 1 tsp.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Cornstarch 4 tbsp. l.
Cabbage 200-300 gr.
Carrot 1 pc.
Green onion.
1 egg.
A pinch of salt.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Recipe 3
Turkey navel (chicken) 1 kg.
Onion 1 pc.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Black peppercorns 5-6 pcs.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Onion 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Mushrooms 10-12 pcs.
Pepper 1 piece
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Tomato paste 1.5 tbsp. l.
Water 0.5 l.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Parsley 1 bunch.
Noodles 6 pcs.
Salad:
Peking cabbage 200g.
Cherry tomatoes 10 pcs.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Red pepper 0.5 pcs.
Coriander to taste.
Spring onions to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Olive oil with chives, basil and lemon juice.

I agree. I use my bare hands when preparing meals. It's cleaner because I can frequently wash them if anything is stuck to them, & besides, it's more tactile.

Oh my goodness, this is almost the same fifty year old recipe my Mom use to make 😍 The only difference is that she used mozzarella cheese instead, chopped yellow onions and bell peppers and the way she wrapped the bacon around it. She called it "Brazo Gitano" and yes, it's Spanish from Puerto Rico AKA "La Isla Del Encanto" USA Territory. It's a recipe that could be easily filled with whatever your taste desires. I'm from south Africa very hot here it's summer. Your mince roll is a clever idea but I will use lamb or beef mince. I don't eat pork. I'm Muslim

I think you can substitute it with any mince you want. One of the reasons I’m here is because she uses pork not beef. I’m married to a hindi, I’m a black South African 🇿🇦 who grew up with beef and no so much pork. I’ve been struggling as a wife because I have to learn all new ingredients and way of cooking and it’s difficult to find recipes on KZbin because it’s always beef and chicken, I can’t cook chicken all the time. Try mixing chicken and lamb mince but add merthi spice to the mince. I’ve tried that combination in a mince dish and it’s divine. ❤ from a fellow South African
