For example, if you type for hours on a keyboard or perform monotonous rotating movements with your wrist, you repeatedly bring your joints into the same angles. This worked instantly for my cold hands. I could visually see the blood flow finally going to my hands it went from pale to a dark red for a few seconds. Thank you very much!

Thank you for posting this! It was to the point that the tingling was waking me up in the middle of the night and was very painful. These stretches helped immediately . The tingling is almost gone! Thanks again!

Wow my tingling started in my hand about 3 days ago then proceeded with arm, shoulder pain worse at night. I'm chronically ill so don't get enough exercise but doing this one has started giving me some relief so thank you!! I wish I could contribute but I'm on Disability. I dislike asking my doctor for pain pills because they give me a hard time but I'm trying to correct this with exercises.

I'm experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome I've been in Ortho and given me medicine for nerve work but not that much, but the first time I tried this exercise the numbness settled down let's see the progress for 30 days and I'll get back. Cheers!

Ever since I tore my labrum I've had problems with this on and off. However while on my vacation in Central America. I've faced tingling in my left pointer finger and sometimes part of the thumb. It truly sucks
