Ina. Your facial expressions r too funny😂. Makes this so enjoyable. 😂. U r beautiful with best posture/shape I’ve ever seen. U inspire me to work hard. Im 62 n will throw this out there always looking for advice. with so many problems I don’t know where to start. My most painful at the moment. SI through Priformis n many other butt muscles, bursa, knee, shin pain the worst. ShIN wins. Im finding so many great videos. The first couple caused excruciating pain. I over did them. Then I cont n got them better. I have many diagnosis’s but I believe it was from wrong posture since childhood tiled pelvis. which I been working on with ur videos. I have so much both sides same. SI joint out to top hip, down to bursa, down thigh, over to groin n everywhere between is a knot. Layers of knots. It will take awhile. I do work many hrs at it. Would working Pressure points cut down on the digging muscles? I use a car buffer. That’s how desperate I am. Western therapy for me is all wrong. Sorry I just try get help anywhere. Maybe someone same as me.

I enjoyed your video very much. I have suffered for many years and this has caused lots of other health issues. My chiropractor is helping with my diaphragm and i have to be conscious of how i'm breathing all of the time in the hope i will start to feel better. This is also the cause of extremely painful acid reflux until i saw the chiropractor last week. My stomach is extremely bloated because of this which is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, will this get better in time if i continue to excercise my diaphragm and how long does it take to train your body to breathe properly again? 🙄

Do these exerecises close the sphinter muscle ... im trying to heal barrets esophagus my throat is so burned
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN3 жыл бұрын
Hi Coleen! 🙂 Thanks for your question! As these exercises can relax your diaphragm and release any built up tension in your frontal body structures, which will also affect the function of neighbouring processes, such as the lower esophageal sphincter's closing mechanism, they can also help to close the sphincter. 💪🙂 Please get more detailed information on how this works as well as further pain management tips and exercises in this article. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Practise daily to achieve best results and to prevent further discomfort too! Hi there,, guysss u cant believe, my english inst that good but I´ll try a bit. My problem is that beach thing kkk but not at the beach, Im living in São Paulo, tropical weather and I love to stay shirtless, not a muscle guy but is part of my personality i think, training at parks tanning a bit,,, well, Im an artist (plastics / jewelry) and after 20 years from my teenages I came back to music, then guitar an now a piano, Im doing really good thennn is what I want to say about this breathing lesson, I dont want to be a beethoven kkk but to sing and play pop and old songs like Carmem Miranda early sambas, brazilian pop songs, Marvin Gaye, Elton Jhon... and to do that I need to sing, other reason is because the body is itself an instrument ( I would love to buy a sax but too expensive), so I started learn how to use the voice, technics to sing to do a reasonable performance, breathing is a main thing to do that,,, annnd I realized my breath looks short and out of control, like more focused on the chest,, looking for a video about breathing I've found this pearl,,, singing teachers should talk about this, cause I think the problem of lots of people to have dificults in getting results is because they dont know how to breath, I remember somtime ago someone saying that babies breath correctly, belly moving cause is spontaneous and living we lost lots of this, like posture too... thats all. So I'll try this, go back to sing to see results,,, thank u , love from Brazil
