Hello sir i have a problem please respond my left leg is 1 CM short and my left hip, thigh, calve, are 1 CM thin than right leg😟

People who have hip pain usually are older and they cannot do these exercises.

I am 36 with hip pain and for me is also not easy, but wenn I make it every day, it will be better. Keep it up, and try always a little bit more to do.

Your feet look just like my daughters Hannah.. hahahahaha.. I had to say it cuz my daughter hates it whenever I look at her feet.. so I can’t ever tell her she has pretty feet! Your so sweet. Thank you for this great workout n instead of looking at feet I guess I better stay focused on fixing my hips.
