You’re way too underrated for the quality visuals and amount of information you put into each video

I could not agree more with some of the things you mentioned such as DST and sleep procrastination.

Great summary and definitely saving this for reference. Now if only there was an answer to eliminate sleep deprivation for those with a newborn 😂

Since my son is out of school for summer (USA), I’ve had the chance to “catch up” on sleep. I feel much more rested and focused. During school, it is hard to get more than 5 or 6 hours based on my circadian rhythm. So for a couple months, I’m good.

I need to ask you a question. I sleep 8 hours every night and I rarely use an alarm clock. This means I sleep from midnight to 8 and wake up by myself. However, I still need my morning coffee and I often need a nap after my lunch. This is indicators that I should be sleep deprived, but I sleep as much as I can every night. Can you explain that for me?
@Mochatan3 ай бұрын
It has to do with your time of going to bed. As I know sleeping pass 11 at night is not considered as "sleep" a better will be before 11 or 09.30 at night for my case

Sleeping better when it’s cold IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. This I’m certain and you could not change my mind. That book is totally false on that you cannot change my mind on that. I sleep way better if I’m hot then I do cold.

Just because it's your personal preference, doesn't mean everything is false.
