Maybe his mother gave birth to him at around 50 years old. It is difficult to believe that the mother has her first child at 50 years in those years. But the interviewer should have probed further to clarify that unsubstantiated claim.

Another very interesting interview but how can this man's mother be aged over 120 when the oldest recognised person living in the world is aged 118? How old was the mother when she gave birth to this man; given how relatively young he is and especially in those days when women got married much earlier that they do today? These people don't think or reason before making exaggerated claims. That untruth has definitely undermined the credibility of most of the things he said after I heard that. The idiom is, "tell one lie and you put credibility doubt on anything else you say after that".

You're very correct. If his mother is now over 120 years old and he just turned 70 and he is his mother's first child, that means his mother would have been over 50 years old when he was born. How does that make sense?

Hey! You can't dispute this Man. He must know his Mother's age now! My Father's mother was over 120 years of aged. Before her death. While my father was 120 before his death. One thing I knew about Èkiti's, Ilésà's and Ondo's they live long enough than any other tribes in Nigeria 🇳🇬..

It is one thing to say, you don't know their true ages because there was no formal record of them and that people around them simply made the numbers up. But it's another thing to make claims which cannot stand up to scrutiny because a few questions can prove they were lies. If your grand parents were aged 120, in a country where official life expectancy is just 52 years of age, then they too would have entered the Guinness book of records. However, you and I know that there weren't in the Guinness Book of Records.

It's called blind love / blind loyalty which helps neither the loved person, nor those around him as that won't help him grow as a person. We all know that KSA had and still has many incredibly good qualities worthy of admiration. But he also had and still have many shortcomings. He isn't perfect. No one is. It is therefore wrong of Yommy who didn't serve in KSA's band to condemn those who did so for decades and who were dissatisfied with some of the things he either did, or didn't do to them whilst they were in his band.

@@ultimateoneHave you listened to KSA himself? He also has his own side of the stories and there are former members of his band who corroborated his stories. By the way, those band members were not tied down with a rope. They could have left like Bob Aladeniyi did.
