To anyone that doesn’t feel confident with this game, I would recommend following this guide but instead of running past most of the enemies I would suggest you kill them. It gives you a good feeling for the combat in this game and you will learn how it works properly by taking your time. If you’re used to the game and want to run past everyone then go ahead, but to new players I would suggest just taking the time to kill them, especially the harder enemies. You will also get experience for it too, which helps. Do follow this guide, though. It is really well made, detailed and optimal. Just kill the enemies. I am very familiar with the Dark Souls games and I found this game quite difficult to begin with, but by taking the time to go through all the enemies I learnt how the combat works and I got better. I would say that this game is harder than Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3 and probably Bloodborne too, but I find it easier than Sekiro. The world in this game is beautiful too, and the semi-linear level design is awesome. It really reminds me of Dark Souls 1 and Bloodborne. Take the time to explore guys! @@Optinooby oh I wasn’t really talking about you and these guides and all I just meant in general on a normal playthrough it would be boring to run past everything. I definitely understand why you do it for these guides. I actually appreciate that you do that because it does make it easier to follow and like you said doesn’t waste any time. That’s why I watch your guides over anybody else. Your very professional, don’t waste any time, and always have really great strats for difficult encounters and bosses and all.

Branman24 here, almost done with my first playthrough. This game has surprised all the soul's like fan's. I found you through your Elden Ring. I was new to gaming again since 2011 so i didn't know where to start at with current game's. After your help with Elden Ring, i got a better understanding of current game's and don't need your guides anymore. But i damn sure will keep supporting your channel and helping it grow. For the Farming spot, i know its way easier but i prefer the way from city hall to the yard of the city hall, taking every enemy + the elite gives u around 800 to 1k per run and the elote drops a dimmed ergo fragment nearly everytime but u need a bit of timing for the blocks to get better trough but still much love❤

I'm starting at city hall courtyard and continuing until i finish those guys on the bridge. I'm getting lots of practice and learning how to use my legion arm too.

I’d been farming these 2 enemies anyway. Nice & safe & quick too. Just realised I’ve not been playing the records & I’m in episode 8 now.

You dont have to play them when i do, just saves time. My next farming spot is in chapter 8 actually that fire shovel enemy at the start. My build kills him in 29 second cycles, with all current Ergo drop perks, you get 2150 per minute (2 kills). I like that one as its so easy to do, and quick. Im been trying to get a nice clean way to do the Chapter 7 arcade farm, for that can get very messy.

@@OptinoobyOh yeah, I just killed that spade guy with my electric infused bone cutting saw pretty quick. That guy was brutal back in chapter 3 or 4, had to tether him.

You can unlock anything mate in NG+ as well as we get full humanity again

Because if you die, you lose your consumables and they are expensive. But a save backup prevents that as you can just download to get consumables back

The trophy completion percentages confirm that the Donkey guy trophy can bug out, since it is at 75% vs the police guy's 75.9%.

Ok so they changed the rising dodge with retain guard regain upon pulse cell use. So I guess rising dodge is already in use. I haven’t noticed it, but it’s probably there.

14:28 I farmed the area a bit from the city hall stargazer to the spector bowl, made it to level 24 I think lol. I decided to pick balance for some reason. Got all my stats to what you have now besides the extra defaults that comes with balance. I don't mind a little extra grind, hardcore bloodborne vet. 16:06 I took the beefy enemy out with that coil stick weapon. It gave me over 250 every kill(270 I think). It dropped 3 items more than a few times. I been playing this partially to knock out daily gamepass quest achievements. I was expecting to fight the boss today before getting one. But I did a perfect block on the enemy nearest to stargazer & got the Ultimate defense technique achievement lol. So I thought screw it, I will at least farm here a bit. Something I learned doing the farm, if you lock onto a enemy and keep sprinting around them while they attack, you can run behind the enemy quick enough to get a fatal attack in often. I love this game! Thanks for making these walkthroughs! Signalis was first one I watched from you👍

For the endings do you ever use the playstation cloud feature to get multiple endings in one playthrough or no.

I do yes, but you don't have to. My NG+ run takes 4 hours and can get any ending you want at the end, just change the Sophia and Geppeto choice. Would mean a NG++ playthrough though

@@camm723 You have to do 2 playthroughs anyway, so we do 2 endings on the 1st play, and the 3rd on the 2nd play

Loving the game so far! On to 2nd part of the series now ... Just 1 question? The fable arts I was in the practice area I notice we have not used the fable art were its the sword swing with the blue flash from the sword? Any reasons why you don't use that move?

Some of the fable arts are just lame and situational mostly. Later we will be using some certain fable arts a lot, mainly to deal 5000+ damage at once. I dont use them too much until we get the Big Pipe Wrench weapon

Having a hard time following this guide as there’s no pause and I don’t know the streets well enough to follow your run through. This strategy of skipping enemies works for someone familiar with the game, but since I don’t know the map I think I’ll have to find another guide. Too hard to follow.
