Alot of people are dairy free from being lactose intolerant. Or it's just a preference, but alot of people daily is a little part to their diet.

These are great ideas, thanks! Since I started taking birth control pills, my appetite was nowhere to be found. Everytime I thought of food, I felt nauseated. And I used to love food so much! So I went days without eating anything but fruit, like an apple or some grapes, because it was the only thing I craved. I lost 10 pounds in a month. When I started seeing that I was losing weight I didn't feel bad about it, so I didn't even try to get back to eating normally. Food made me feel sick, and everytime I tried eating anything it tasted bland. Since discovering your videos I tried so many of your meal recipes that I can't even count them. They're fast and that's very important for someone who's not interested in food (you certainly don't want to spend hours in the kitchen if then you don't even want the food!) so thank you because I am now healthy and love food again.

Millie. I can relate on how good isn’t as fascinated as it was in the past. Basically, I went on a unhealthy diet whereas I only ate 500 calories (most times under) but I would have a cheat day where I would eat 1 normal, fattening lunch that day because I acknowledged it wasn’t good to stick with it long term. After a month on doing it, the last week on the “diet,” I didn’t like seeing advertisements on fast food, which I would before the diet. I forced myself to eat unhealthy bread so I wouldn’t fully hate food completely. Bread is something I only eat when on cheat days, honestly. I’ve grown to like healthy foods! Steak and cooked food disgust me now, every time my family members eat something from fast food restaurants, it kind of bothers me. I guess I had a beneficial thing after risking my health. I eat healthy now, I don’t work out but because of my semi-strict diet, I lost 8kg and I aim to loose more, but healthier, not unhealthy!

@poisonturkey yeah that's probably right; the water she added was already hot though to be fair...I've also heard people say yes and no to oil with the pasta (including Italians)...some people think it stops the pasta sticking together....I don't know though.

A month ago i had my kids try avacado toast for the first time amd we tried it with a fried egg on top and then with tuna. I was pritty sure i was going to like both but seriously shocked they enjoyed the tuna so much they actually request it now. They all lile tuna anyways but even my pickiest liked it too.

Your recipes look amazing! I been having a really hard time trying to find the rye bread you are using. I really want to get the same kind because it is just perfect for healthy recipes. I've started eating healthier and do Sports to lose weight and all but I got a problem with the eating. I am really not a regular eater. Somedays (especially when I have School) I leave breakfast out and then I eat Dinner sometimes at 4 pm, sometimes at 8pm and my whole life I've never eaten 3 meals a day so I wanna ask you all, at what times do you guys eat because I have no idea how I should bring this third meal in my day 😂 (Some people told me that it's important to have 3 meals because this way you get all the things you need for your body)

oh my god... Liezl, i love you and your videos, but... you can’t cook pasta like this!! you have to let the water boil (it takes 6/7 minutes with an high flame) AND THEN put the pasta inside and let it cook for about 10-11 minutes (it depends by the type of the pasta you buy).

She boiled the water before. So, she first put the pasta in the pot and then put the boiling water with the pasta in the pot. She then let it sit in the pot. So it's basically almost the same thing.

Jalene B. The problem is that you don't have to "let it sit in the pot". Once water has boiled the pot has to stay on the fire because pasta needs to cook with boiling water! Only when pasta is ready you can took the pot off the fire.
