How to extend grind size range on Ceado E37J espresso grinder

How do u fit the portafilter so it hooks in place while grinding ?

I personally don’t use it but there is a little catching hook above grind button that’s height adjustable. You adjust it to the correct size of your portafilter and it will be held in place.
