The financial aid office has the discretion to adjust her EFC (expected family contribution) to help her daughter with her college expenses, *IF they are told the situation.*

One bad part about being debt free is the amount of taxes you owe. Having a lot of good debt will significantly if not eliminate entirely your tax liability year over year. If I had a choice between paying more interest to the bank or donating more money to Ukraine, I’ll choose the former.

I hated hearing that this lady has loans for her daughters college. There are tons of scholarships out there…especially being a single mom. Don’t forget to fill out for Fasfa

She still lives in the home w/ ex because she can't afford a place of her own. Him on one side, her on the other. College sees that as "together " Most of her $ has been for legal fees. I have been there, awful & stressful. I was a stay at home mom... BUT GOD!!! Took 18 mths to pay off $38k in cc debt. I also paid rent, groceries and insurance. I cried out to the Lord & He answered ❤🙌🏼 He is faithful!!!

I wanted to get a HELOC to pay off my mortgage. Husband doesn’t want to because it uses the house as collateral and if anything happens with us financially, we could lose the house. 😢

My credit union did not have any clear information about the logistics of putting my monthly income into the HELOC to pay my bills out of. What am I missing? How exactly do I do what you are saying when it comes to that? TIA!

Christy I have been watching your videos and recently purchased a home and I want to get a Heloc to use to pay the mortgage in increments, my question is I will need a vehicle within the year and don’t know if I should use the heloc to work on my mortgage or purchase a vehicle. I’m not sure what direction to go in. I have not started the heloc process yet because I’m conflicted as to what direction I should go, would it depend on the amount of the heloc.
