life after homelessness ( isolation )

the past month has been filled with silence, silent thinking, isolating myself and figuring out where it is i'm suppose to go next. Growing closer to the One who is most faithful. Accepting the fact I actually have no idea where i'm going or what im doing. That walking blind IS having faith in what's to come because though I don't know my plans, He does and He will lead the way. All you have to do is listen.
John 15:5-7

After homelessness being in a new place can bring up feelings of calmness that could be because isolation homelessness can make you feel that when your safe and having your needs met probably doesn't feel real and it can be alot feeling safe with a roof over your head after you what you have gone through it can creep up depression because your not flight and fight. I was never ever a runner growing up but I started running with my dog when I was really struggling. It helped my mental health monstrously. Think about yourself like your pup - you Toss a ball for him to get his energy out so he doesn’t misbehave. Do it for yourself too! Get the extra energy out that’s turning into worry. I’ve been on a isolation state for a very very long time. I have no friends I only have my mother and God. But one thing I have learn in all of these isolation years is that you have to have your emotions under control. You seem like a strong woman Brooke and I really hope you get out of that dark side because nobody deserve to be living like that. Also you are in the right path if you believe with your heart that God is guiding you. He knows what better and sometime we don’t see it and we you have to be patience.
