In a book called 'Regrets of the Dying' by Bronnie Ware, one of the biggest regrets people had was; "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself." As mentioned in the video, it is a truly saddening idea that millions if not most people, live their lives unfulfilled, never reaching the dreams and aspirations they once had as children.

Yeah, it looks like most people sacrifice their youthful years working a job they don't care for to make money, and then only after retirement do they have time to start enjoy life. More commentary discussions on current social issues will be much appreciated. Thanks.

So cool to see you're in Sweden! I think a mixture of this and sitdown videos is good so you can switch it up every now and then. Maybe more of your personal life as vlogs taking us around and sit down videos for serious topics that can be uncomfortable to talk about in public? Its awesome you took this leap to go out of your comfort zone and vlog, you should be proud of yourself!!🫶🏻 thanks for the inspiring content as always Tika❤️

I really like the idea of a solo date and just walking around or explore new places. At the end of the day it is the topic of the video that is interesting to watch, but I find it a lot more enjoyable to see more of the world :D

good sleep is a gift. I like phasing down in the hour before bedtime, with dull lights, and not doing anything stressful or watching any thing triggering, but instead meditating or appreciating what's good in life ( there's always something ) ....thinking good peaceful thoughts. I used to think being super stressed and going a million miles an hour was how to get it done. Its not. You have to relax and unwind. The subconscious mind is still quietly ticking away. Thats how you create and find good solutions. Great channell

I like this 'walk and talk' format, especially if you have a nice, photogenic, even exotic backdrop (like foreign city streets). But I think you need more walking! The moving around sets the pace and creates a sense of freedom and openness. Speaking of movement, I think the six months concept is sort of like a launch ramp to a new future--you just have to figure out which ramp is yours. Love the concept!

I'd love to see a video on relationships, but I like this kind of content too - the main thing I like to get out of KZbin is feeling either inspired to make changes or relatable in my struggles, quitting a bad job is definitely inspiring and something I eventually need to do when I'm ready to shed the golden handcuffs

Really nice video format, hearing your thoughts. I can relate to your situation since I myself quit my job at H&M recently. Such a toxic workplace! Leaving and getting away from a micromanaging boss was the only way to save my physical and mental health! Working 9 to 5 feels like being in jail. I now gonna focus on sleeping, eating, going to the gym and reading books instead of having this constant low level stress keeping me up all night and anxious. I truly believe humans ain´t created to be working like slaves. It´s capitalism and people are slaves chasing money to pay their bills in a never ending rat race. That´s not life, that´s misery! Life is too short for being stuck with no freedom.

Thanks Tika, yes I didnt know how much influence a toxic manager can have on ones health. I have colleagues who left before me and they are glad they got out. Im trying to recover but its a double edged sword. To not have a job can lead to isolation. I have applied for some jobs but will get severance pay during the fall and have salary insurance also as backup. But hope to get into freelancing. The 9 to 5 model has never felt right for me. Yet, society is built on everyone should live that way. No Wonder soo many get burned out nowadays.

Yes I had many colleagues at the office who previously worked in our stores. We work in agile product teams which consists of a product owner, business expert data analysts, software engineers etc. A way in would be as applying for a business expert role. They need to have experience of the business side and be good at communication. But its not as glamorous at the office as it might look from the outside.

In terms of regrets I dont think one should have those as those are not healthy. Better to try to stay a bit alert and learn from one's mistakes but maybe more important to learn from other's mistakes and advise. We live here a brief moment on Earth and I think, if one can one should try if possible to experience life not just exist. That include, if one can experience other cultures, food, music, way of living and peoples and so on and so forth. I have and I continue to to do so with curiousity and with an open mind and heart. Being narrow and inward looking wont take you anywhere. Two of the most unintelligent notions of mankind that connects with the above are racism, and that woman and man arent as valuable and equal as human being (we are all different, but also the same). Keeping 50% of a population and brain power surpressed is truly idiotic and unintelligent. So is racism, as if I have a different colour on my skinn would make me less intelligent, capable and valued. How stupid! There are good and bad people in every country and cultures. You should choose hang out with the good ones as that is healthier as I see it. So after this rambling back to the "regrets" as it reminds me of an interview some years ago on Swedish TV of a 93 years old lady where she was asked if she regretted anything in life so far. She was quiet for a while and then looked up with a smile and said.."well, thinking about it, I think I maybe cleaned the house a bit too often and too much". :-)
