You need to find the type of trucking you like doing. Dry, reefer, flat etc. Then you have to be honest with your self about how much home time you want? Verses what you need. Once you figure that all out find a carrier that works for you.

Should just buy a truck at Ritchie Bros they had 2019-2022 375K miles going for 30K with all fees should drive out for 35K

He was successful, but decided against paying for a new truck through SFI. He bought a used Averitt truck for $55K. 2019 Cascadia with a dinette and APU. I don’t know what made him change companies and go flat bed. A friend of mine went through Roehl. Roehl is trash. Don’t train there. Millis is better. Still not great, but beats Roehl by far for training. Cheaper too I believe. They have inward facing cameras too. Do your 12 month obligation and move on. They offer OTR and Regional for multiple areas.

Cheaper? Roehl pays u while u train. I guarantee whoever this guy works for now will be getting bashed by him on this channel in a month or 2. This guy is a bad employee and a job hopper
