I'm Zak, actually friend stumbled across this link today and sent me, moved spots to a new location which is still up in the hutong area, Gulou Dong dajie 135, new place is called The Factory. Craft beer bar, Cocktail bar, Record store and Comic book store all in one location. Bit of a mad project

go check the price of the Hutong house, It gonna make you choose an apartment easily. one Si He Yuan gonna cost you more than RMB 100 mil, and that's the price about 20 years ago.
