I’m so happy to see your uncle’s kitties are living with you. So many families send a deceased uncle’s pets to the county animal shelter. You are a saint for making them a part of your family.

My grandma and I had just gifted my uncle batgirl and joker a few weeks before he passed. 😞 I would never send an animal to a shelter. I love them all to much. They’re part of the family! I hate when I see people just dispose of their pets like they never meant anything to them. Those type of people should never own them in the first place.

Yes. I’ve been living at my uncles since October. It’s weird but meant to be. I know he’d want me taking care of his kitties 🐈‍⬛ and the house. I grew up at this house and have so many baby pics and videos of me running around the house. I never knew that I’d be the one taking care of the house years later. 😔

The thing people don’t get unless they’ve experienced it is that when you experience a traumatic life event rather than wanting to go do big epic adventures what you really want is to surround yourself with family and close friends. You’re doing exactly what I did when I got my diagnosis. I didn’t want to go away. I wanted to be with my loved ones at home making memories with them. You never know what tomorrow will bring and life can change in the blink of an eye. I’m so glad that I get to witness all of the ebbs and flows of your life, Daisy ❤ and I am so sorry that you have been going through a tough time.
