Another great video! Hearing islander's journeys is great and a real insight to not just working for the company but for the industry in general. It would be great to have these included in training inductions as our staff could always benefit from real stories of why someone has joined the team and what to expect as an islander. As someone who has worked here for the past year now, I can completely relate, I too started off at Arcadia from a completely different industry and now love where I am with River! It's nice hearing James talk about the comparisons between different industries and also great to see more male representative in what has typically been a more female orientated industry. It would be great to have some long serving Islanders stories on why/when they joined and why they've stayed with River Island for the length of time they have! Michael 😊
