I have calcification on my spine. Xray's showed it over 2 years ago. I've been using my inversion table everyday for at least 5 minutes. So far I'm getting by with little pain. I'm at 66 years.

I have one of those. but mine was bad. was pushing my spine to pinch my spine. had to go in front and back. so hopefully yours dont get as bad as mine

How did you know it felt it was an iniury man? So sorry to hear that and hope your recovery is fast and safe bro, I'm dealing with a lot of tension headaches too and I'm thinking its because of a pinched nerve in my neck. Did you feel a lot of pain before and got checked?
