OPEN ME!: This day did not go as planned. It started off well enough with a cloudy morning hike and a chat about nearing my 44th birthday. I went home to get to work and then lost a couple of hours in the afternoon to a panic attack. I ended up having a long chat with you about the emotional rollercoaster of my 40s and this turned into a "life in my 40s" vlog. I tried to reclaim my day and made the afternoon as cozy and calm as possible. I hope you enjoy! :) xx
