It’s never easy losing a loved one but please remember your Sister wouldn’t want you to continue to be sad. It’s ok to miss her but she would want you to be happy for your self and for your family. Instead of being sad you can celebrate her in a special way and remember all the good memories.

Sorry to hear about the floods in Valencia!😮 Also...we lost my sister-in-law to lung cancer in 2013. It's been 10 years-ish and our family can finally talk about her w/o everyone breaking down in tears and sadness. Hi Ale - as far as creamer goes when I run out I open up a can of condensed milk and put a spoonful in my coffee. The rest I put in a jar and place in the fridge until I go through it. I love it.

Sorry for your loss. Losing a sibling has to be tough...and there's no word for it. There's Widow, Orphan, etc....I have heard to think of grief as a spiral - you might come back to the same place again and again and but you'll keep climbing. Take care of yourself.

I don't know anything about Spain but I do know France. It seems as if there are some things that are very different & some that are similar. I love France. Not just Paris, but many places. Hiya the best creamer I e found is 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 cup of water and sweetener if needed. It’s thick and foamy and creamy. Hope you and your family have been ok in the floods and stay safe.

I enjoy your video. I hope you feel better and I didn’t realize the name of it, but I knew that I had something going on and it was just a horrible feeling I felt so mentally unstable myself all those years with PMDD I did not know the name of it, but I knew it was something really bad and usually would get better one or two days after my period started. ( I am 50 years old now, no more periods thankfully)

Why dont you buy Coffee Mate, I purchase them in kg at Costco very cheap. But I am pretty much sure to find it anyware else, specially at Amazon. If you happen to go to Netherland, they are specialists in coffee creamers, non dairy ones.

I live in Albir, between Altea and Benidorm and i use evaporated milk in my coffe. That gives me the creamy feeling without cream and also its sugargree so i can add the amount that I want. I'm sure that you know this, but in Spain the coffee is either normal or mezla. The kind that says mezla is horrible! It has a bitter taste to it. Check to see that your beans doesn't say mezla 😜
