You could have a custom made butcher block with a radius to cover the right hand sink and still have the inside or left hand sink and use it for a prep/cutting area

Hi Alfy. Thanks for sharing your tour of Johns boat. Tell him not to give up on the twin sinks to quickly. We had a 32s5 for a couple of years, great boat with basically the exact same, all be it smaller, layout as Johns and you have to think of the sinks as a sink and a deep drainer. As a live aboard I can see how you might like to make better use of the space but when your at sea being able to wash in one and then leave to drip dry in the other is a real bonus.

Agreed. It's a simple enough 'fix' to configure a board that will cover the sinks and serve as countertop for food prep or whatever.

Thank you Alfy. I enjoyed the equipment details (i.e. diesel heater). Please do more of these, if you can. Please provide more electronic & equipment comparison, along with the personal boat owners preferences re. pros. & cons. of electronics and mechanicals. It is helpful for those of us looking at electronic and/or equipment purchases in the future.

Glad you enjoyed this type of video, I will try to get as much detail and info as I can.

The fact that the green Bose speaker fits perfectly between the rails on the galley table greatly satisfies my OCD.

Make a wooden curved cutting board to go on top of the sink or both sinks.

you could use one sink as a extra toilet when you drink too much and the weather is rough but dont catch your ball sack on the tap jack and no brown ones
@lifeislikesailing8 жыл бұрын
I guess that is an option. lol

If he remembered the brand of his diesel furnace that wasn't an Espar, I didn't catch it. Webasto, maybe?

he should just move the outside water faucet to the other sink and make a cutting board cover for that sink he wants to remove

that's the difference between charter or private. Problem is so many boats are set up for charter. Make it murder finding an owner version.
