EVERY day is a battle for us and often times I feel as if I can’t take it anymore. My counselor’s and drugs have really helped. Listening to you and others with depression helps me get through the war going on in my head. With depression, anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia and stuttering I need all the help I can get. Ha! Just hang in there brother!

It's always so hard to explain the struggle you fight daily because you look fine to people but on the inside it's a war with your mind your doing what you can to find your own happy mindset so keep up the good work really isn't easy but each day is a victory

Hello,thought that olenzapine will gain weight but u seem slim

The psychiatrist didn’t end up prescribing me olanzapine. However I’m still taking 30mg of Mirtazapine which helps me eat, I still struggle with eating enough due to stomach issues. I used to hover around 110lbs at 6ft tall and now I’m 120lbs so I’m still underweight unfortunately.

Do you reccomend i stop the caffeine?
@rhysmentalhealth2521
@rhysmentalhealth2521 Жыл бұрын
That’s a difficult one. Quitting sugar and caffeine is what contributed to me developing dpdr due to the withdrawals. Some people find caffeine helps them feel better (I used to be one of those people until I wasn’t) then as you know others find it triggering for their anxiety.

@@rhysmentalhealth2521 Thanks for sharing. I've been tracking mine since 2018 and they're always low, averaging a 3.5. I've asked around and found others have them low too. Though not critical, I find it highly interesting. Almost like something is gnawing at our defenses.

@@Netto20XX that is super intriguing, I’ve looked through my past results my WBC varies between 4-6 with the most recent result being the only time it’s been low. I’ll keep an eye on it, it’s a pity there’s no way to find out what’s causing it. Thank you for sharing too :)

Yeah my ferritin is always just outside the low end of normal (which I know can cause symptoms) but my haemoglobin is always fine. It’s just weird that the symptoms come and go.
