What a thrill to find this amazing interview on KZbin! Shirley’s book OUT ON A LIMB changed my life over 30 years ago and gave validation to my thoughts and feelings by confirming my “knowingness”. I had the pleasure of knowing the late John Schlesinger and for a while we were close friends. When Shirley came to London for the premiere of Madam Suzatska (how do you spell that name?) I sent Shirley a letter of thanks c/o John’s London address. Not only was she gracious enough to reply but we corresponded for a short while. Thank you dear Shirley for all your courage to speak the truth in a world that really doesn’t want to know. You are such a special human being and I hope that wherever you are in the world you are feeling happy and fulfilled. With much love and respect, Granville Lee-Warner (Athens, Greece 6/7/23)

she was most likely attacked for her interest specifically in the Billy Meier contact case... the whole grey alien/area 51 that has been mass marketed and proliferated all over the mainstream is a military industrial complex containment narrative keeping the public, even so called ufo experts, in a narrow band of study, with much disinformation... the Meier case on the other hand is NOT part of this narrative and is often attacked in msm circles... the Meier case is off limits where grey aliens are okay for the mainstream and high profile people.. so celebrities can't publicly come out for Billy Meier, but have to veil it or be ruined or even cancelled... it is Meier and his information on reincarnation that got her in trouble

As I walked down Granville Street in Vancouver on a summers eve in 1988, a small crowd on the sidewalk ahead cheered. A lady was walking out of the Granville Theater along a red carpet toward a limo waiting at the curb. Suddenly from behind me a young man yelled, "Booooo!" Shirley stopped mid-carpet and turned her head my way, looking me directly in the eyes. So did the crowd, with disgusted looks on their faces. I had no idea who she was, but the smile on her face and the love in her eyes as she visually pondered the one she believed had shouted negatively at her. I was mortified. She turned away and continued to her awaiting ride. I asked some people in the crowd who was this? A couple that knew it was not me who had shouted, replied "Shirley MacLaine!" It was the premiere of Madame Sousatzka in Vancouver. I was 22 years old, and had never heard of Shirley. Because of this interesting experience, I sought out more information and found her accomplishments and books, which ultimately set me on a path of deep spiritual reflection and a quest for answers of the soul. Life. What a coincidence. I just adore Shirley because of the gifts she pushed me toward. Sometimes to get to the fruit on the tree, you have to go out on a limb.

Shirley was my wake-up call. In the early 1980's she did an 8-part series about metaphysics. I remember her in a hot spring talking about being out-of-body and the silver chord. I was fascinated by it, but I didn't start finding books until 1989 when I started to get involved. This video was done in 2011 before the 12-21-12 shift. A lot of energy was received, but humanity wasn't ready. This is our second chance coming soon, we have to raise the frequency to love and respect. The dark side has been dividing humanity to keep us from ascending to the new frequency. I think Shirley should do a live chat show about metaphysics, I have a plan. I have had strong feelings that Shirley was my sister in another life.

The first time I read or heard about the silver cord, I recalled a memory. Firstly, let me say that I remember my family's move to our new home the summer I was two and a half. That's almost my first memory and its just a few seconds event that ends abruptly. However, after learning about the silver cord around twenty years ago, I remembered a memory in my crib in that new house. In the memory, I'm lying on my back in the dark with the moonlight coming through the window. I'm absently playing with that beautiful silvery cord of light. Every time I reach for it, my hand grazes right through. This amuses me immensely. I reach forward to grasp and again my hand brushes right through. So, I proceed to wave my arm back and forth through this wonderful ribbon. Really, I think it may have only been a dream. It feels dreamlike.

She is not full of 'Spiritualism', she (like her brother Warren Beaty) is full of HERSELF. She is so condescending in this interview (thinking she sounds profound and witty - makes me sick - like the 'bully' she's accusing others of here). The biggest lesson I learned in this interview is how gracious, bright, intelligent, respectful men treat self-centered, condescending, self-righteous women in their lives. @@franklinstephen3268 Are you commenting on my welfare and if so what are you talking about? And are you asking where I live? Rather odd in comments about Shirley MacLaine.

What a beautiful interview. Shirley Maclaine what is there not to love. She helped me believe in metaphysics more and have been following and reading her books like forever. Leonard is the best brilliant interviewer with a subtle sexiness. They have great chemistry. tolerance in this interview. I so love them, Blessed. Namaste🥰🥰🤩

Even as a child I remember all of her movies, I always thouhgt she truly was the character she was playing and looked forward to see her again. And thanks to the technology I can see most of her movie anytime I like. And yes Shirley and Cyd Charisse had the best paire of legs in Hollywood!

When I was just a child I saw a late nite tv show where she discussed these topics, I recall the Host looking at her like she was crazy, my family thought what she said was crazy but I found her fascinating. I even told my family then, as a child, that I didn't belong on this planet. I was immature to know what she knew but I knew i liked her, I saw something, I heard something in her. This year I experienced a spiritual Awakening after a NDE, and I've always had Ms. MacLaine in my thoughts, so relating to her still but of course on a different level now. And today I stumbled on this video and I just discovered we're both INFJs. I would love to meet Ms. MacLaine.

I've always dreamed of taking a walk with Shirley in Santa Fe. I collected her email as that would be the closest I could come to her and maybe the fact that she was interested in some land near my home region. I loved reading about her and her views on reincarnation. I always wanted to act but as I approached the subject, something backed me off. Most often, It was money. My dreams of living in Spain just to get near my ancestral castle would be the highlight of my life as I would be dancing in the larger circle in a very big way up through time and family to all of Europe. I avoided a large religious life and I'm coming back to it and owning it since I am directly related to so many people including Charlemagne. Hey, Shirley!

I did not realize that Shirley MacLaine lived in Japan for 17 years and that's quite amazing. I wonder if she was acting then or what she was doing? I always thought of her as a recluse in Santa Fe and perhaps a bit grumpy but she certainly is a lot of fun in this show. Although I guess NOW in the year 2022 she'd be about 88 so maybe that's a good time to sort of sit back on your laurels and just enjoy 🌅 🌇 and the Beautiful Skies of New Mexico
