2023 has been a hell of a year, I have made $271,000 before taxes as the sole breadwinner and head of household. Vinson, I have a few properties of my own. I bought a couple of dumps and fixed them up too, its a lot of work, but it was worth it. People thought I was crazy. I think you did good man, you have vision. Keep working them like you are and they'll do good. Stay on top of them, keep the outside looking good like your father likes ( he is so right about curb appeal) , keep decent tenants and you have a home run.
