Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further

I live here in Pinellas County, FL. Ben we need more Senior housing in Clearwater and the surrounding areas. I'm ok, I own my little humble house but my heart breaks for the other seniors who are being forced out of mobile homes due to high land lease fees. Seniors in condos are experiencing the same thing with HOA fees skyrocketing. I was thinking maybe there would be a market for houses turned into senior living homes where you rent by the bedroom, similar to the student housing you mentioned in other videos.

Ben Jr, Leave the floor open on the side you haven’t leased yet. Why spend the money on the pour at this time when you don’t know who’s going in there and what there plumbing needs will be. Take the credit from the GC and put it towards your change orders. First look at the price on the total concrete pour before you talk to the GC about credits. Bring the sub grade up to grade get the compact test done and leave it until you have a solid lease on the 2nd unit. The Metal supports are called bar joists. We love watching you and your family. I was at your strip mall yesterday in Englewood. The mall looks super clean. My wife and I are down from Chicago for the week on vacation. We would love to buy you guys Breakfast. Thank you!

That Total Wine used to be an Earth Fare but the brand itself wasn't doing well and closed. How much do you spend on maintenance? How do you keep track of maintenance? How much for insurance? How do you find the best insurance rates? How much do you spend on cleaning them? Do you service them at dealers or independent shops? What criteria to make you buy a car? Which cars have been SHITTY to own, which ones were a pleasure, which were disappointing? What was your first few cars? When did you buy your first "cool" cars? When you sell a car, do you bother touching it up or sell as is? Trade in for less money or deal with private tire kickers for more money? So many questions & a lot of interest in this aspect of your life.
