Life Update: Am I Going Back To Italy?

As a fellow Italian American also about to return to Italy in August I can relate to a great extent with your situation of being between two nations. Maybe that is where the similarities end but still I find this transnational space very interesting because it is where we negotiate our identity and forge the lives we want to live. I for example have said I want to find an Italian girl and settle down in Italy but recently I've also thought about the fact that just something as simple as language is such an important component when it comes to relationships. Granted, my Italian is relatively advanced but I grew up in the US and speaking English will likely always be most natural to me. Anyway I wish you the best of luck and I appreciate your content.
