Hello dear fellow prani :) I recognise this a lot! After 17 days of no solid food I started eating. That turned into binge eating pizza and ice cream (things I didn't really eat before the process). Now, after 4 months of a lot of eating, I am slowly shifting towards healthier food. I don't dry fast or do water fasts, but I do have days on which I do liquid fasts. I never schedule these days, I just wake up and feel like not-eating. Emotions come up and I can process whatever feelings come up. I love and hate those days :') Things are changing all the time and we need to be patient cause this is a very long process. Take rest and love yourself as much as possible I guess. Through all these changes I am getting to know myself better. Thank you for the motivation to do a water fast soon! :) ♥

Sim Sidhu amazing,thank you for your comment !! l can sooo relate, especially to the fasting days with emotions coming up. I love and hate those days too 😁 . Right now I miss the enhanced emotional depth of a dryfast. I hope to be able to get back to that. .much Love to you on your pranic path 💗

Sim Sidhu yes I was raw vegan for 1 year and then water fasted 3 weeks & intermittently dry fasted 20 hours everyday. Now I eat cooked food for emotional eating about 1-2 times a week. But transitioning slowly but surely as it’s destined
