I am a black doctor, and my life’s work focuses on improving outcomes in black women with cancer. For the past month, I’ve been feeling lonely and anxious, mostly stressed about work. I’ve been watching your videos (old and new) almost daily when I get home-they bring me a sense of calm, security, and encouragement. Because of you, I’ve been able to get through this difficult time which has given me the energy to keep going at work-after hearing your cousin’s story, I feel even more committed to the cause. I really missed you I am an older lady so I have adopted you as my granddaughter. The trials you are going through are normal. Do the best you can to live a happy life. Since losing your cousin you should remember that life is short, so enjoy the time God has given you. One of the most important things you really need to do is FORGIVE other because they don’t even understand the damage they do to others. Always love the Lord Jesus Christ and let Him guide your life decisions. Try to stay as healthy as you can . Welcome back Joy! ❤😊 My condolences to you and your family. I understand and empathize with the grief you're going through. My dad passed from a stage 4 cancer about 4 years ago. He was diagnosed in the month of February, then passed 5 months later. I wasn't able to see him and couldn't travel in 2020. I was only able to see him and speak to him 1 time through video chat. The grief was very hard for me and brought on anxiety something I'm still battling.

The same thing with my mom, she was not feeling well, went to the doc, was tested...was no bleeding nor anything and within six weeks she was gone before she started any treatment ...i know the pain Sending love❤❤❤❤

Hey Joy! We are glad that you are back. I understand where you are coming from. Sometimes you have to get away and regroup and gather your thoghts and mind together. Also, I had cancer 2 times. It is alot that comes with treatment when dealing with cancer. Certain medicines they can't give you until your body is trong eniugh to handle it because if not, the strength of that medicine will take you down. Especially with breast cancer they really hadto be careful with the treatment. I am always praying for you, Joy. Just letting your light shine.
