Lol, omg that date story reminds me of a date where a guy didn’t like something I said about my dating history- he responded “Why would you TELL me that?!” I asked if he was upset, he said “I mean, I just have standards.” O.o like, wtf? So I ended the date real quick, trying to make a fast exit. He walks me to my car door and was like “ I think I know the answer to this, but… do you want to come home with me?“ and leaned in for a kiss. I laughed in his face. Like, I thought you had STANDARDS, my man. Maybe you should tell the brain in your pants.

The main area of your body informing your food choices is your gut bacteria. The ones that need certain chemicals to live will demand more and more of those chemicals the more they reproduce. That's where cravings come from. So the more you feed those bacteria, the more you crave those foods. Your brain also gives a reward for "tastes good. lot of energy. fuck yeah" even if the food isn't very healthy (and just has a lot of calories). The tricky part is getting the bacteria and brain to agree on what to eat.

I had my adenoids removed as well as a turbinate reduction in 2020 and it took me ALMOST A MONTH TO RECOVER FULLY. The surgeon told me 2-3 days after I would start feeling ok and that was not the case for me. I could barely get out of bed for a week straight, but also couldn't sleep. The meds made me EXTREMELY nauseous and dizy, when I didn't take them I was in agony. So that was fun. Couldn't eat easily because I couldn't breathe out my nose, soooo many blood clots in the saline rinses I had to do, also felt like I was constantly choking on spit. Called the office and the receptionists just told me that unless I was having shortness of breath I didn't need to worry. It was 2 weeks before I could actually breathe out my nose properly and was able to walk around and do normal things. Surgeon told me at my check up that it went really well and that unfortunately a tiny portion of people have as bad of a time as me during recovery lol. On the plus side after I fully recovered it's been the best decision I ever made. I can actually breathe out my nose when I lay down now. I hope your surgery was as successful and you can breathe like a champion too! ❤️

That sound miserable! My main issue was the stints and once those were out everything was tolerable. It sucks to find out your special but in an unfortunate way lol. The stitch was nothing, it turned out to only be one lol, the shocking bit was how long the stint was, I thought it was tiny but it in fact was not. The good news is once that is taken out it was smooth sailing and being able to breathe is pretty awesome ngl. I understand the anxiety, I hate getting medical stuff done, I’m the biggest pansy alive and I survived, if that helps you in anyway lol😅😅💛

Congratulations on the weight lost. You've worked really hard at it so I'm glad it's a win for you. I'm also happy to hear all is well with you after surgery. Hopefully the Dr okays your workout and you can get back at it. I'm struggling to get back into action while dealing with health issues. So good for you. I enjoyed this video, I was wondering will you be doing clothing hauls in the near future? Your very good at.🙂

Take the time to heal and then get back on that horse, you can do it. Any kind of surgery takes time to heal from and giving yourself that time is better in the long run. I have a thing with my face... I do NOT like things in my face or near my face so I would have mostly likely passed out from them taking stints out... you are a Rock Star

Hi Bea! Can’t sleep 😴 I’m in Australia 🇦🇺 so excited to watch your video so close to when it was uploaded!! Three and half minutes in and I had to comment - omg that date sounded like a nightmare and the guy! 🙈🤣
